Three women have taken to the internet to pay tribute to late singer Rich Homie Quan, who passed away on September 5, 2024. Instagram user @biggbritt813 recently penned down a touching message on Instagram following the death of the Type Of Way crooner, aged 34. Netizens have since taken to the internet to respond to the new developments.

In an Instagram post that was uploaded on September 7, 2024, @biggbritt813 attached a TikTok video that included clips of her spending time with Rich Homie Quan. She also wrote in the caption:

“My Dequantes🥹💔 this is really getting to me HARD idc what NOBODY has to say YOU WAS My everything Wah am I suppose to do ? WE KNO EVERYTHING ABOUT EACH OTHER literally EVERYTHING… Relationship or Not YOU WAS My DAWG before anything Dequantes get up man . What about today ? Please I need you PLEASE I can’t do this alone 🥹💔I’m not myself lord why him ?”

Another woman who went by the TikTok handle @lilafromval took to the video-sharing platform to claim that she met Rich Homie Quan while filming an episode of 20-v-1. However, she clarified that she was not romantically involved with the crooner. She wrote online:

“I lost a great friend today. Your gone but will never be forgotten.”

Rapper Erica Banks also took to Instagram to pay tribute to Rich Homie Quan by uploading a video of the rapper kissing her face. In another clip, he was also seen lying down on her lap. The caption of the social media post:

“All you wanted was to find happiness again I always saw it in your face and heard it in your voice.. But you had so much left to do The album, the tour, your BIRTHDAY! I’m just glad we were able to enjoy such peaceful and memorable moments while you were here man. Such a sweetheart! Rest in Paradise Quan”

Netizens have since taken to the internet to respond to the three women other than Rich Homie Quan’s girlfriend, Amber Williams, posting tributes to the rapper online. It is worth noting that Williams, who is also the mother of the singer’s two children, found the musician motionless at the time of his death.

Amber Williams is the owner of Brows By Rella and Branded By Rella. The mother of two boasts 276,000 followers on Instagram and has been identified as Quan’s long-time girlfriend, who is also the mother of his two children.

Amber Williams and Quan’s oldest son, Royal Rich, was born on April 19, 2024. The couple reportedly went through a custody battle involving the child in 2022, where the rapper filed for joint custody with the consent of Amber.

The couple’s second son Layòr Leonis was born on January 11, 2021.

Rich Homie Quan passed away on September 5 at his Atlanta residence. As per TMZ, his girlfriend said in an 911 emergency call that she found the rapper lying lifeless on the couch after she dropped off their son at school.

Williams also mentioned that the rapper was “foaming at the mouth” when she turned him over.

Many believe that the rapper died of overdose. However, the same has not been confirmed by official sources. An autopsy has been scheduled to take place, according to Jimmy Sadler, the senior medical examiner investigator at the Fulton County Office.
