Ariana Grande made her way into the headlines as several netizens pointed out that the singer liked a post trolling Carrie Underwood’s inauguration ceremony performance. The original post shows Kamala Harris’ expressions when seeing Carrie Underwood’s performance.
However, as Ariana’s like appeared on the post, the screenshot was posted by an X user, @PopBase, prompting another netizen to respond and say:
“Oh Glinda is shady…”
Other comments read:
“Oh 2019 dgaf Ariana slowly coming back to us,” said one social media user.
“She’s not afraid to throw some shade when it feels deserved,” added another.
“That where we draw the line, Ariana,” joked one more.
On the other hand, several others also commented and defended Ariana for liking the post.
“Because Ariana is actually a cultured singer of taste. Knowing and understanding music, is also in a way knowing and understanding history. The greatest singers of all time weren’t that way because they “partnered with the right people”. Kamala would’ve understood this,” commented one X user on the post.
“THATS WHY SHES MOTHER,” stated one more netizen.
“I need a word stronger than mother,” added another.
