Amid Jay-Z's latest legal troubles where he has been accused of s*xually assaulting a teenager in 2000, netizens reportedly noted that Beyoncé's mum Tina Knowles liked a post that spoke about the matter. While speculations spread, Tina shared an Instagram post claiming she was hacked.

In the post dated December 9, Tina wrote:

"I was hacked! As you all know I do not play about my family. So if you see something uncharacteristic of me. Just know that it is not me!"

Tina further wrote in the caption of the post:

"Please stop playing with me!!!! 'No weapon formed against my family shall prosper.'"

Meanwhile, it could be noted that Tina Knowles has been seemingly protective of her family, all this while. She had previously defended Jay-Z in several circumstances on different occasions. This ranged from when the rapper didn't lose in every category at the Grammy Awards to when he was called a "gangster rapper."

In 2022, when Tina was talking to Business Insider, she blamed Carter's media portrayal for such remarks like "gangster rapper" from people. Tina Knowles further told the outlet that while she defended her son-in-law then, the remarks had been hurtful.

As for the other time, she bashed the Grammys after Jay-Z was nominated under eight categories, but he won none, back in 2018.

This wasn't the first time Beyoncé's mother extended support to rapper Jay-Z, aka Shawn Corey Carter, in unfavorable circumstances. After Carter lost in all categories at the 2018 Grammy Awards, Tina didn't leave a chance to get back at them. She uploaded a now-removed Instagram post and captioned it as:

"Last night at the Fammys oops sorry I mean Grammys must have been a Freudian slip."

At the time, it wasn't just Tina who bashed the awards, but fans too reportedly criticized them.

In February 2022 interview with Business Insider, in a separate incident she "educated" a woman after she made comments about Carter and Beyoncé's marriage.

Tina then revealed that the woman apparently asked her:

"Oh, your son is a gangster rapper, right? How did you let him marry your daughter?"

While Tina was hurt, she stated that she didn't feel that the woman had a malicious intention behind the remark about Carter. Tina then reportedly decided to answer back, and she said:

"She was either a good actress or she just was so ignorant to how things were that she could say something like that to me, but I didn't get the feeling that it came with any malice. She was literally in her twisted thinking — thinking that was a compliment in some way."

Tina reportedly told her that Jay-Z was a great businessman and a CEO, who further loved helping people too. According to Tina, the lady then apologized to her and admitted to having just "heard the term." Tina further told PEOPLE that this encounter happened years ago in a plane and the lady was a flight attendant.

As for the current allegations of her liking the post detailing factors about Jay-Z getting accused of gruesome allegations, many netizens agreed that Tina has been quite protective and supportive of her family.
