After being "exposed," Lil Pump and others allegedly physically assaulted Edwin Valenzuela

According to the court documents reported in In Touch Weekly, Vitaly Zdorovetskiy rose to fame through his YouTube channel, which consisted of videos, vlogs, and social experiments. His content "often involves public pranks that push the boundaries of comfort and legality."

The media outlet further described the 10-episode show called Catching Predators, a spoof of the NBC show To Catch a Predator. The latter was hosted by Chris Hansen and featured undercover operations where adult men were filmed (partly using hidden cameras) arriving at a sting house to have s*x with minors (adults posing as 12 or 13-year-olds) they chatted with online. This resulted in the men being arrested.

However, as per the suit, Valenzuela's show did not feature any police presence, and instead of arresting the alleged predators, they reportedly "beat, harass(ed), torture(ed), terrorize(d), defame(d), and humiliate(d)" them.

The lawsuit also stated that Valenzuela was the streamer's Uber driver at the time when he was allegedly offered a job of cleaning a boat. He was later contacted and "lured onto a vessel." Once he arrived, they reportedly ambushed him and read fake messages, which showed he engaged in s*xual conversations with minors. However, Valenzuela's lawsuit claimed he did not speak English.

After being "exposed," Lil Pump reportedly punched Valenzuela in the head, knocking him to the ground, and then kicked his head "like a soccer ball." The lawsuit claimed that the rapper cut his hair. He even allegedly attempted to force the former Uber driver to eat a condom and threatened to feed him to the alligators if he refused. The lawsuit read:

"Throughout the ordeal, Plaintiff was bombarded by verbal abuse, including racial slurs, accusations of illegal status, and threats of deportation, with multiple Defendants screaming in his face, all while being urged by an attorney to sign a release for a ‘gameshow.'"

As a result, Valenzuela lost his job and his source of income. According to In Touch Weekly, Lil Pump allegedly snatched his gold chains and damaged his vehicle.

Edwin Valenzuela is suing Lil Pump and others for assault, battery, false imprisonment, and civil theft. He is asking for unspecified damages.
