Country artist Bailey Zimmerman, revealed interesting details about his first meeting with Post Malone. The 24-year-old singer appeared on Highway Mornings with Cody Alan, in early October 2024, where he discussed country music and his upcoming projects.

According to Taste Of Country magazine’s report of October 23, 2024, Zimmerman met the rapper-turned-country music singer for the first time wearing only his “tighty-whities.”

He recounted the incident and stated that he was forced to end his performance at the Stagecoach festival in April 2024 due to bad weather. The Never Comin’ Home hitmaker added that to compensate for the abrupt performance, he stripped down to his underwear, threw his clothes into the crowd, and ran off stage.

He went into his tour bus and was hanging out with his crew when he spotted Post Malone. Zimmerman then went over to meet with Post for the very first time.

He recounted the look of confusion on the latter’s face before he realized that he was in a state of undress. Zimmerman recounted to host Cody Alan his embarrassment as he apologized before retreating to his bus.

He told Cody Alan, recounting the awkward experience:

"Dude, Post Malone just met me in my tighty-whities. What a story!"

Post Malone performed at the Woodlands, Houston, on October 22, 2024

In other news, Post Malone began his performance for an excited crowd at The Woodlands with his hit tracks, Wrong Ones, and Finer Things from his latest album, F-1 Trillion.

According to Houston Press's report of October 23, 2024, the I Had Some Help hitmaker, who made his official transition into country music with the release of his debut country album in August 2024, reportedly sported jeans and a Bud Light T-shirt.

Post also gave a shoutout to the city of Texas as he declared that it was wonderful to be back in the city. The country singer performed songs from his new album and peppered it with some of his old hits like Circles and Chemical, accentuating each set with the slide guitar adding a country feel.

In between his renditions, Post introduced his band which included a fiddle player and a slide guitarist. He also sang a cover of Toby Keith’s Wish I Didn’t Know which featured lyrics like:

"I wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then/ I wish I could start this whole thing over again/ I'm not sayin' that you, could ever be true/ I just don't want to know how it ends/ You'd still have my heart in the palm of your hand/ I'd still look like a fool in front of your friends/ Yeah, I wish somehow, I didn't know now/ What I didn't know then,"

Post Malone invited a young fan, Courtney, up on stage to play an acoustic guitar for his song, Stay. He followed after with an emotional performance of I Fall Apart as he told the crowd:

"I hate to keep beating you guys up with sad songs, but I need to sing this one!"

Before Post ended his performance he dropped some inspirational words for his fans:

"Before I leave I just want to say.... You are loved, don't give up! If you think that you are a loser, well that makes two of us! Keep going!"

Post Malone rounded up with a performance of Sunflower, Rockstar, and Congratulations.
