As the Palisades and Eaton fires continue to burn down parts of LA, The Game's Calabasas home faces a lega challenge. On Monday, January 13, Priscilla Rainey - a former She Got Game contestant - made a court filing against the Compton rapper. Per the court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Rainey wants The Game's Calabasas home to help satisfy the outstanding debt she has owed to the rapper for years.

Rainey's court filing claims that The Game is using his alter ego, called Cash Jones, to protect his property, adding:

"Taylor has gone to great extra-judicial lengths to avoid Plaintiff’s enforcement efforts on her judgment. These tactics of delay, misinformation, and, paramount here, his conveyance of assets in avoidance of Plaintiff’s judgment, prevent Taylor from taking a legally viable or credible position in response to the OSC."

Game's debt stems from the 2015 diversity lawsuit Priscilla had filed against him, alleging s*xual battery. The default judgment of the lawsuit was made in Rainey's favor, with the rapper ordered to pay her $7 million in 2016.

Per AllHipHop, the value of The Game's Calabasas home was estimated to be roughly $2.4 million in 2019. If acquired by Priscilla, the property would cover roughly one-third of the judgment amount The Game - legally named Jayceon Terrell Taylor - owes to her.

The Game has been helping victims and responders of the LA fires recently

While the next hearing of the court filing about The Game's Calabasas home is due on January 27, the Ol' English rapper has been contributing to aid the victims of the LA wildfires. On Wednesday, January 9, The Game uploaded an Instagram story, stating that he and his talent manager, Travis Wilson, were helping 10 families affected by the fires find accommodation in an Airbnb free of charge.

Directing those who were interested in getting help to Wilson's DMs for more details, the 45-year-old added: "Must have an identification or driver's license with an address in the affected areas."

Three days later, Game made another thoughtful gesture. On Sunday, January 12, the West Side rapper uploaded an Instagram video, sharing that he had been pitching it to the on-the-ground relief efforts, including handing out the basic necessity goods to the firefighters as well as rescuing lost and abandoned pets.

In the video, the 45-year-old said:

"We came out here this morning with blankets, pillows, coffee, bananas, water — just anything we can, you know, bring to help these firemen out here on the wake-up, man... They’re doing big, amazing things here."

He further stated that his team and him were first on their way to Altadena, continuing:

"Then we’re gonna hit the other side of town and probably pull up on a few of the homies doing work over there... It’s just a time where everybody needs everybody, you know? It’s like one of those times in America where everybody just needs to hone in on what’s going on here and do anything that you can to help."

Besides The Game, other celebrities are also stepping up to help those in need amidst the worst natural disaster that California has seen, People reported on Sunday, January 12.

Actress Jennifer Garner was spotted helping feed the firefighters. Halle Berry, on the other hand, shared that she and Sharon Stone were donating their "entire closet" to those in need, ensuring that the victims who have lost everything can receive basic essentials.

Meanwhile, the Palisades and Eaton wildfires continue to rage on across Los Angeles, being 18% and 35% contained respectively, ABC News reported on Wednesday (January 15).
