Meek Mill, known for his love of bikes, became the subject of jokes after posting videos of himself doing ATV stunts. On July 20, he shared videos on Instagram of him and his friends riding in the streets of Newark.
He captioned the post:
"Big benders. Don’t try this at home!"
Trigger warning: The article contains references to s*xual assault. Readers' discretion is advised.
In the first slide, the rapper could be seen doing a wheelie on the ATV. The second slide, gained the most attention and many have commented on it.
They brought up several gay jokes that were related to the s*xual assault lawsuit filed against Diddy by Lil Rod. One user commented:
"Quit diddying the bike bro."
While several netizens mocked him, there were a group of users who extended support to the rapper.
One fan took to X, and wrote,
"Meek Mill posted him riding an ATV on his IG story… never let him ride one again cuz wtf is he doing."
"Meek Speeding right to Diddy’s house," shared another tweet.
Meek Mill got ridiculed this time, primarily because his name came up in the suit against Sean "Diddy" Combs
Meek Mill faced online ridicule due to a lawsuit involving Diddy, though his name was later removed from the suit. In February 2024, Mill claimed these allegations were just "campaigns" against him.
The same month, he also posted a tweet stating,
"When I find out we gone take em to war for trying to stop my family wealth! Something never seen b4 will happen in the industry even if I gotta risk my life for it! I’m the average move him out the way type thing!"
In May 2024, he was ridiculed again for his Rick Owens outfit that he wore at a Philadelphia 76ers and New York Knicks playoff game. Then a viral video which was originally filed in 2021, Mill was made fun of after viewers saw him do bunny hops after losing a tennis game against Michael Rubin.
Meek, however, responded claiming that the game started from the time when he was in prison. He said,
"We used to make killers do bunny hops when they loss because it was too hostile for money... This be us!!! ima get Rubin to bunny hop for me okay lol ima teach him d thang hop!"
In the recent video of Meek Mill riding his ATV, it's worth noting his love for bike culture comes from his hometown, Philadelphia. He's frequently posted on Instagram about dirt bikes and ATVs. This passion has also caused trouble; in 2019, he was arrested for reckless endangerment after the NYPD saw his Instagram videos of him illegally driving a dirt bike.
Meek Mill had previously expressed interest in Cybertrucks too
Mill has earlier flaunted his new Cybertruck. Last week, a vehicle customizer company, Car Effex, posted a clip on Instagram, in which Meek Mill could be seen in a matte black Cybertruck. It garnered attention when Elon Musk noticed it and tweeted,
"Cool"
Earlier in July 2024, he shared a snippet of a music video where viewers saw two Cybertrucks, a Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, and a Lamborghini Urus. The Express Tribune reported that the rapper further confirmed that the track's title would be Cybertruck. It, however, wasn't clear if the vehicles in the music video belonged to the rapper.
Back in February 2024, Meek Mill expressed his desire to own a Tesla Cybertruck. By April, however, the rapper seemed frustrated after more than 3,000 Cybertrucks were recalled due to technical issues. He then said,
"Wassup with these cyber trucks because I had another brand electric car ‘not Tesla’ do the same thing I crashed and got hurt bad… The airbags didn't even come out in a totalled car..."
However, the rapper was recently seen flexing his black Cybertruck.
