Nicki Minaj's 2025 Grammy submissions have been revealed online, stirring a considerable buzz among netizens. The Starships songstress has been one of the most commercially successful female rappers but has never bagged a Grammy in her career.

According to a post by @BuzzingPop on X, Nicki Minaj's Grammy 2025 submissions include her album Pink Friday 2 and the singles FTCU, Everybody, and RNB from the same album.

Pink Friday was submitted to fight for Album of the Year, Best Rap Album, and Best Engineered Album (Non-Classical). FTCU was submitted for Record of the Year, Best Rap Performance, and Best Rap Song. Meanwhile, Everybody was submitted for Song of the Year, and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Finally, RNB was submitted for Best Melodic Rap Performance.

Netizens were divided in their opinions on the internet. While several Nicki Minaj fans backed the rap queen to bag the awards, others were critical of the submissions. Popular comments on X are as follows:

"She’s not serious right," another person said.
"No falling 4 u? no barbie dangerous? nickiiii," one fan wrote.

Many fans, meanwhile, were supportive of the songstress and highlighted that she is one of the strong contenders in the submitted categories

"Idk but I'm positive [crying emojis] she's getting one coz who else is a strong contender in these categories???" one fan said.
"We just gonna get scammed by them Scammys," another fan wrote.
"She’s taking Best Rap Album," another fan commented.

The songstress' debut album Pink Friday got her two American Music Awards in 2011 for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Artist and Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Album. She went on to win the same awards the following year and in 2015 for Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded and The Pinkprint, respectively.

In 2011, Nicki Minaj's single Super Bass bagged her first MTV Video Music Award for Best Hip-Hop Video. In 2012, she won another MTV Video Music Award for Best Female Video for her single Starships. Her singles Chun-Li and Anaconda also won Best Hip-Hop at the MTV VMAs in 2015 and 2018, respectively.

The rapper also won the BET Award for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist for 7 consecutive years, from 2010 to 2016. For her single Tusa, Minaj was nominated for two Latin Grammy Awards, i.e., Song of the Year and Record of the Year in 2020. The song went on to become Minaj's most decorated musical number and the world's third most-awarded song.

From 2011 to 2024, Nicki Minaj has been nominated for a total of 12 Grammys but has never won a single one.

Her first Grammy nomination came in 2011 for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group for the single My Chick Bad with Ludacris. She was also nominated for the coveted Album of the Year in 2012 for Rihanna's Loud, where she contributed as a featured artist.

In 2021, she bagged 2 Guinness World Records for most U.S. Singles chart entries before reaching number one and the First female rap duo to reach number one on the U.S. Singles Chart with Doja Cat's Say So.

In the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, Minaj was honored with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, becoming the second female rapper after Missy Elliott to get the coveted award. In all, she has won 445 awards and has been nominated 659 times in her illustrious career.
