Rymir Satterthwaite, a 31-year-old, has filed a lawsuit against Jay-Z claiming to be the Roc Nation founder’s illegitimate son. As per Hot New Hip Hop, Rymir has listed his late mother, Wanda, and guardian, Dr. Lillie Coley as the plaintiffs, and claimed that Jay-Z resorted to fraudulent activities during the previous paternity tests.

Rymir Satterthwaite stated in his lawsuit that his deceased mother, Wanda, had s*xual relations with Jay-Z in 1992. He alleged that at the time, the rapper was 22 years old, whereas her mother was only 16.

As per Ball Alert, Wanda initially filed the lawsuit in 2010. At the time, the Pennsylvania court ordered Jay-Z and another man, Bobby Graves to take the paternity test. While Graves was proven to not be the father of Rymir, the rapper refused to take the test. This prompted Wanda to file another case in 2012.

However, by the time she filed the updated case, Rymir had already turned 18, and the Pennsylvania court shut down the case stating that paternity tests are only possible if the alleged heir is a minor.

Furthermore, this is the second lawsuit on Jay this month claiming that the rapper had s*xual relations with a minor, as the rapper is currently battling another lawsuit, in which a woman made claims that the Roc Nation founder, along with Sean Combs AKA Diddy r*ped her when she was just 13-year-old.

Jay-Z’s lawsuit explored as the rapper claimed that the lawyer has sued him only to “extort” money

As Jay-Z gets slammed with another lawsuit by a man, Rymir Satterhwaite, who claimed to be the rapper’s illegitimate son, netizens remembered how this has been the rapper’s second case in which the plaintiff has alleged that Jay had s*xual relations with them while they were only minors.

The first case was filed at the start of December, when a woman refiled her s*xual assault lawsuit, naming Jay-Z as one of the defendants. It is worth noting that the initial lawsuit was filed in October 2023, and at the time, the “Jane Doe” had only mentioned Sean Combs AKA Diddy as the defendant.

However, in the refiled lawsuit, Jane Doe narrated the entire incident and claimed that the alleged incident took place in 2000. She stated that she approached Diddy’s driver as she wanted to attend the MTV Video Music Awards afterparty, but could not, as she was 13 years old.

With the promise to help, Diddy’s driver reportedly took the girl to a property, where there were celebrities, alcohol, and drugs. Jane Doe claimed that she was then offered a drink, after which she became unconscious, and that is when Diddy and Jay allegedly s*xually abused her.

However, just a day after the lawsuit was refiled, Jay filed a motion to dismiss the case, as he denied the allegations. He requested the court to close the case, and also reveal the identity of the accuser. Furthermore, the rapper also alleged that the lawyer of Jane Doe wanted to “extort” money, as Jay-Z described the lawsuit as a part of a “sprawling extortion saga driven by monetary motives.”

The document mentions:

"When Defendant refused to pay and instead took measures to establish his innocence, this unnamed Plaintiff and her self-promoting counsel (whose name has been splashed across headlines and press conferences under auspices of representing her) went to extraordinary lengths to shut down fair defence. But those efforts, too, failed."

While Jay and Diddy have both denied the allegations, the Roc Nation founder has not commented on the recent lawsuit filed by Rymir Satterthwaite.
