Legal troubles for Sean Diddy Combs do not seem to be ending, as the rapper has now been accused of drugging and r*ping a 10-year-old boy during the mid-2000s.

As per USA Today, the complaint was filed in the New York Supreme Court on Monday, October 28, 2024, by a man, who wishes to identify as John Doe.

The new lawsuit against Diddy claims that John Doe, who currently resides in California, met Combs in 2005 through a consultant as the accuser was an aspiring artist and actor.

The lawsuit states that as the 10-year-old auditioned for Diddy, he was given a spiked drink by a member of Combs’ team, after which he lost consciousness, and was allegedly abused by the rapper.

He also stated that when he woke up, the rapper threatened to hurt his parents if he ever narrated the incident to anyone. Furthermore, this is not the only new case.

Along with John Doe, another lawsuit by a 17-year-old unidentified boy claiming to be abused s*xually by Combs has also made its way into the news.

The second lawsuit claims that Combs allegedly forced him during a three-day audition for Making the Band TV show, which was produced by Combs.

For the unversed, Diddy has been held in the prison without bail on multiple charges, like s*xual abuse, racketeering, trafficking, and even fraud.

The rapper was arrested on September 16, 2024, in New York, after a grand jury indictment.

Lawsuits explored as Diddy slammed with two new complaints by minors

While Diddy has already been slammed with many lawsuits before and after his arrest, the two new lawsuits which allege that the rapper s*xually abused two minors have made the legal battle even tougher for the music mogul.

The lawsuit by the 17-year-old stated that Diddy groped his g*nitals, and ma*turbated in front of him on the first day of the auditions. Thereafter, the man, who filed the complaint by stating that he wanted to keep his name anonymous, also claimed that on the second day of the audition, he forced him to perform oral s*x, on him, as well as his bodyguard.

The lawsuit claimed that Diddy threatened the minor stating that he would be “keeping an eye” on him, as he felt that the 17-year-old was uncomfortable.

It is worth noting that both John Does are being represented by Tony Buzbee, who is also the lawyer for 120 other accusers, who have filed a case against Diddy in the past for s*xual and physical abuse.

As per People Magazine, Tony Buzbee said in a statement:

"Both were seeking to break into the music business and were promised Combs could help them. One alleged victim was ten at the time of the alleged occurrence, the other was seventeen. We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done.”

He also said:

“We will continue to file cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings."

However, Diddy’s lawyers denied the two allegations, giving a statement to People Magazine:

“The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.”

The lawyer continued:

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never s*xually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Furthermore, with more lawsuits being filed against Sean Combs, the legal battle for the rapper has become tougher, especially because Combs has been repeatedly denied bail as the prosecutors alleged that the rapper was a flight risk.

At the moment, the rapper is being held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, awaiting his trial, which is to begin on May 5, 2025.
