American rapper Rich Homie Quan reportedly passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024. TMZ exclusively obtained a 911 emergency call made by his girlfriend, Amber Williams, after she found him unresponsive. Several internet users have taken to the internet to express sympathy for Williams.

In the 911 call obtained by TMZ, Williams requested an ambulance to the operator. She can be heard explaining:

“Um, my boyfriend, he’s been sleeping on the couch um since this morning. Well, he never came back to bed last night, asleep on the couch. I left him on the couch. Before I took my son to school this morning, put a blanket over him. And now I just checked on him again, ‘cause he never got up. I don’t feel a heartbeat. I don’t feel him breathing.”

Williams also mentioned that Rich Homie Quan was reportedly foaming at his mouth. Subsequently, the 911 operator asked her if she had access to a defibrillator, to which Williams stated that she was unaware of what the machine was.

For those uninitiated, a defibrillator is a device used to apply an electric charge or current to the heart to restore one’s normal heartbeat.
