Singer JoJo Siwa recently made headlines again after she revealed the specifics of her surrogacy plan to become a mother to triplets. In a video for Cosmopolitan's If It Were Me series on July 15, she said:
“Because I’m gay as sh*t and I have to plan a pregnancy much different than a straight person, I actually want to take three eggs, fertilize three eggs, and have three surrogates. So technically, they’ll all be the same batch, but they would all be born separately.”

As her thoughts on surrogacy and her future family plans went viral, social media users took to X and called her out.

Jojo Siwa says she would divorce her partner if they don't accept her babies' names
The 21-year-old Dance Moms alumni recently said that she wanted three separate surrogates to carry and deliver her three children. She went on:
“I’m gonna have my surrogates, my babies, then maybe their birthdays will land on different days, and they can be like triplets, but like, not.”
She also disclosed a tentative birth date for her triplets and said:
“I will have as many more as you want, however many more, but [Freddy, Eddy, and Teddy are] coming and they will be here in three years whether you like it or not.”
PEOPLE Magazine further reported in a July 19 article that the 21-year-old Dance Moms alumni previously said something similar when she stated that she would like to have twin boys, Eddy and Teddy, and a baby girl, Freddie.
When asked what would happen if her future wife disagreed with the names Siwa had chosen for her children, the singer answered:
“I would break up with her. Divorce.”
Jojo Siwa continued by saying that because she was adamant about the names and wouldn't budge, the topic was discussed "very early on" in all of her relationships. Speaking to the same, she stated:
"That is something that I talk about very early on with a partner.”
Furthermore, at the 2024 GLAAD Media Awards in March, she even revealed to E! News:
"I got three tattoos dedicated to them. Got a sperm donor lined up. We're ready. We just gotta be patient. I got a couple of years."
In addition, Jojo Siwa revealed to Access Hollywood in late February 2024 that she planned to have the kids separately. Nevertheless, Siwa now wants all three at once.
The former reality star further stated in 2023 on The Greatest Podcast Ever that performing at the Super Bowl was her greatest professional goal, and that once she accomplished it, she intended to "retire and have babies."
Nevertheless, once the news of Siwa's plan for her babies went viral, netizens took to X to react to the entire thing and criticize the singer for her statement.
