Diddy was charged with s*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution after his arrest on September 16, 2024. Although his bail was denied the following day, his attorney Marc Agnifilo shared an update, saying that his client won't agree to a plea deal.

Agnifilo appeared in a teaser of a documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, saying that the rapper will come out safe since he has maintained his innocence. He maintained that Sean "Diddy" Combs is prepared to share his side of the story:

"He has his story, and he has a story that, I think, only he can tell in the way he can tell it in real time. It's a human story. It's a story of love, it's a story of hurt, it's a story of heartbreak."

Agnifilo additionally referred to the assault footage involving Sean's ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura and said:

"When he describes that relationship, the word he uses more than any other word is heartbreak. He was heartbroken. She was heartbroken."

Agnifilo said that Diddy is willing to take a stand for his family and for all those who have been targeted by the federal government. Marc added that his client would be truthful about the case because he does not want to disappoint the people who love him. Agnifilo also stated:

"I think he also feels an obligation to people in general. Maybe its black people, maybe its white people, maybe its anybody who's ever felt targeted by the government. He feels an obligation to those people to say you know what, maybe I can break the model, you know, maybe I can show the world that a black man can win in federal court."

Marc Agnifilio opens up on the baby oil bottles discovered at Diddy's house

A grand jury indictment was acquired by Page Six a day after Diddy's arrest, which disclosed that during the raids conducted at his residences in March 2024, the authorities found "more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant." The bottles were used in the alleged s*x events called Freak-Offs.

Meanwhile, in a recent interview with TMZ on September 26, 2024, Angnifilo refused to believe the details mentioned in the indictment and said:

"I can't imagine it's thousands. He has a big house. He buys in bulk. Have you seen what people walk out with from Costco?"

Notably, the s*x events happened inside hotel rooms, and the staff members were reportedly told to clean the rooms alongside making travel arrangements for the victims and ordering a huge sum of cash for Diddy to pay the s*x workers.

The victims were reportedly abused during the events during which they were allegedly assaulted by Diddy. The artist allegedly tried to control the victims by promising them career opportunities and threatening to withhold their financial support. Diddy reportedly tracked their movements and provided them with "controlled substances."

Following Diddy's arrest on September 16, 2024, Marc Agnifilo responded in a statement to Page Six, saying that it was an "unjust prosecution" and continued:

"He is an imperfect person but is not a criminal. To his credit, Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative in this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges."
