The list of allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs is only going up with another alleged victim coming forward and accusing him of r*pe. Attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd told the News Nation show, Banfield, that Combs allegedly s*xually assaulted her client in 2018.

As per News Nation, the victim filed a police report in 2018. During her Banfield interview on October 2, Mitchell-Kidd alleged that her client had hit a wall while trying to proceed with her case against the rapper. She claimed to have made the allegation as reportedly there was "some type of cover-up" going on behind the scenes.

Mitchell-Kidd stated the police were not cooperating with her and that they had sent her an email asking her to get a subpoena to access her client's records. The attorney went on to accuse the police of violating a federal law, as she claimed their actions were against the Freedom of Information Act.

"I've never experienced in any situation where I have been told I needed a subpoena to get public information. I was floored. I was shocked and it was apparent to me that some type of cover-up is going on," she said.

Mitchell-Kidd said that the victim had reached out to her about the 2018 alleged assault and escape. She claimed the incident occurred at a friend's house, who had ties to Diddy. The attorney said that her client told her that Diddy decided to visit the victim's friend while she was there.

Mitchell-Kidd added that her client was allegedly served a spiked drink, which left her feeling dizzy and disoriented. She claimed Diddy then s*xually assaulted her using an inanimate object and then called another man to assault her while he "watched and pleasured himself."

The woman allegedly escaped from the situation and ran out of the house, with a neighbor reportedly witnessing her escape. She filed a complaint with the police, initially omitting Diddy's name for fear of safety. However, she later added the rapper's name to her complaint.

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd previously represented another one of the rapper's accusers, Adria Sheri English. The former adult film actress, who frequently worked as a go-go dancer at Diddy's parties, alleged that the rapper had drugged her drinks and forced her to have s*x with his guests.

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd claimed a s*x tape of Diddy and another "high-profile celebrity" is being "shopped around"

During her Banfield interview last week, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd claimed an explicit video of Diddy and a bigger A-list celebrity was being "shopped around." She claimed she was approached to buy the video but refused the offer.

"There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around to individuals in Hollywood. But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge,” she said.

While she refused to name the other celebrity, she added they were arguably more famous than the rapper, and their face was visible in the video. Mitchell-Kidd said she had seen stills of the video and could verify its existence, adding there was "no question" of who the other celebrity was.

She also claimed the video, which she described as "p*rnographic in nature," was allegedly filmed in the rapper's Atlanta home. She added the tape might have been filmed without the other person's consent.

Ariel said that the person in the video didn't look like they knew they were being videotaped or were an "active participant in the videotaping."

“It seemed like they were being surreptitiously recorded,” the attorney said.

In addition to facing federal charges for s*x trafficking and pr*stitution, Diddy also encountered several lawsuits accusing him of r*pe, abuse, and assault.

He is currently at the Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting trial and will appear in court for his next hearing regarding the federal charges on October 9, 2024.
