Sade Bagnerise, Ne-Yo's ex-partner, has recently apologized for criticizing the singer in public during a recent Instagram Live on April 24, 2024.
Sade Bagnerise accused the Because of You singer of alleged physical abuse and failing to provide for their sons. She claimed that Ne-Yo used drugs and alcohol in front of their kids.
However, a few hours after the allegation, she took to her Instagram Story to apologize to the singer. She said that after giving it some thought, she realized it was inappropriate to discuss their relationship problems publicly.
“I wouldn’t be fussing if I didn’t think he was capable of being the best. I show up different. Sorry for how I communicated my frustration with you @neyo sincerely. Let’s do better,” Sade Bagnerise wrote in her apology.

Sade Bagnerise apologizes to Ne-Yo for accusing him openly
On Wednesday, April 24, Sade Bagnerise publicly apologized to Ne-Yo for having live-streamed their heated argument. Bagnerise and the 44-year-old were heard and seen arguing angrily about their past and present problems in an Instagram Live video, which was obtained by LiveBitez.
Bagnerise went on to accuse the singer of bringing "drugs and pr*stitutes" into their home. According to Vibe, she even referred to Ne-Yo as "Diddy Jr." at one point in the conversation for inviting ladies over while their kids were there.
Sade even accused Ne-Yo of "body slamming" her. She did not specify, though, if the alleged assault was recent or occurred in the past.
The same Vibe report stated that Sade said:
“Everyone has asked him to stop, but he will not listen to nobody. This is what’s going on. This is the tea… I even came over here to help him with these f*cking kids because he won’t watch these kids.”
However, a few hours after this, she again took to her Instagram Story, but this time to apologize to the singer. She said that she thought about the event and felt bad about disclosing their private matters to the public.
The latest Instagram story further read:
“I apologize for putting y’all in our business. Emotions were heightened, and I want the best him to show up."
Furthermore, Bagnerise explained that her behavior was the result of other underlying issues, the full moon, and her postpartum difficulties. She even tagged the singer in the post.
Bagnerise made it clear that she believes Ne-Yo has the potential to be a far better father and that she wants "the best for everyone."
On the other hand, RadarOnline reported on April 25, 2024, that Bagnerise felt the same way while talking to the publication. After learning that she had been escorted by the police from Ne-Yo's house early on Thursday morning, Radar allegedly contacted her.
“We are two parents co-parenting and we had a heated argument. I removed myself from the home,” Bagnerise reportedly told the outlet.
Additionally, no new information is available on the Ne-Yo's front. Moreover, no albums of Ne-Yo have been announced as of yet.
