With rising tensions between Soulja Boy and Plies, the former reignited the feud by hosting an Instagram live on December 1, 2024, where he addressed the copyright infringement lawsuit filed against him. Furthermore, he has also sued other artists like GloRilla, Megan Thee Stallion and Cardi B for their collaborative track, Wanna Be, and made similar claims.
