A video of Taylor Swift, uploaded on X on December 13, went viral. In the video, Swift is seen walking down a hallway at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, smiling and waving at fans. However, a woman from her crew started yelling at a fan who was filming her.

The lady, who was clad in a pink jacket, said angrily, "You're not supposed to be filming!" Swift, who seemingly looked embarrassed by her reaction, quickly defended the fan by grabbing the woman by her shoulders. Turning her body away from the fan, Swift added: "it's okay! it's okay!"

As the video went viral, netizens praised Taylor for her regard for the Swifties as well as the subtle manner in which she dealt with the awkward confrontation.

Taylor Swift asked one of the patients - a little girl - she was visiting what she wanted for Christmas, Daily Mail reported.

The girl replied with a Dyson Airwrap - a hair tool worth $600. After Swift's visit, it was revealed that the singer sent the hair tool as a present for her, attaching a note with it that read: "In case Santa doesn't come through."

Besides the Christmas present, she granted another girl her wish by recording a video clip with her. In the clip, Taylor Swift said "Hi" to the friends of a cancer patient, also adding that it was the last day of her chemo in the video.

Swift was accompanied by her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, on her Kansas City trip. While the couple didn't visit the hospital together, they have been spending quality time together after the completion of Swift's Eras Tour, reports the news outlet.
