Sean “Diddy” Combs issued a public apology via Instagram on May 19, two days after CNN released the video of him seemingly assaulting Cassie in a hotel hallway, more than eight years ago.

“It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that. I was f*cked up, I hit rock bottom, but I make no excuses. My behavior on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video,” Diddy stated.

In the wake of his apology, Diddy’s former head of security, Roger Bonds, called him out on social media and mentioned how he wasn’t moved by his recent statement.

He made a post with a series of Sean Combs’ pictures and wrote in a lengthy caption how he would tell “nothing but my truth and how I was affected around this individual.”

"F*ck that woman beater!!!!! And if you believe that bullsh*t apology... and couldn't even mention Cassie name then you on the same bullsh*t!!!!!!!! But tell him to mention everyone name including Kim Porter. Yes, I got in between them too!!"

He also accused Diddy of emotionally manipulating him and claimed that he was prepared to be out with the truths, as he has “nothing to lose.”

Diddy’s ex-bodyguard claims the rapper has been assaulting women for years

On May 19, Sean Combs’ ex-head of security Roger Bonds made a series of indirect accusations against the hip-hop mogul on his Instagram Stories. In the first one, he wrote:

“I guess you sorry and was at rock bottom for yrs and yrs cause you was whipping not only her (Cassie) a*s & Kim’s a*s but others too. Let’s reflect!! Harlem to Hollywood soon come.”

In the follow-up Story, he reiterated his statements and alleged that he knew other men who “beat a girl up,” adding, “This is my life, my story, with the people who happen to be in my life!!!!”

“I’m not afraid to say as a man I pushed off a lot of sh*t mentally I went through and go through being with Puffy but you don’t realize it until you seek help and now that I have help I see things clearly and I have to live with it. So, of you don’t agree with me, press the block button.”

Elsewhere, in now-deleted posts, Roger Bonds mentioned how he was bound by an NDA from divulging any details about his former boss and claimed that Gina V Huynh, one of Diddy’s former girlfriends, was also one of his alleged victims. He also explained how he wasn’t moved by Combs’ apology and wished Kim Porter was alive to receive one of them.

Notably, Huynh, who now goes by Virginia V, previously alleged in a 2019 interview with Tasha K that Diddy “stomped on my stomach” and “took the wind out of my breath,” during their five-year relationship.

She also accused him of grabbing her by her hair, punching the back of her head, and hitting her, despite her continuous pleas to stop.

Notably, this is not the first time Roger Bonds has opened up about his former boss. Earlier, during his interview with The Danza Project in January 2024, he claimed that he would be “lying” if he didn’t admit that Diddy was “abusive.”

Around the same time, he also mentioned how he would be releasing a “tell-all book” about Combs, which will include the truth about the mysterious car explosion in rapper Kid Cudi's driveway and whether or not his ex-boss was involved in it.

Before that, in November 2023, when Cassie sued Diddy, Bonds took to his Instagram Story to share how he was ready to tell the “truth” and everything else he has seen over the years.

Roger Bonds’ latest remarks come amid the viral video featuring Diddy, where he appeared to be pushing and shoving Cassie to the ground of a hotel hallway, and later kicking and dragging her across the floor. The clip is dated March 5, 2016, and was obtained by CNN and leaked on May 17, 2024.

In the wake of the footage, Sean Combs issued a response on his Instagram taking “full responsibility for my actions” and claiming how “truly sorry” he was for his “inexcusable” behavior. He also called the clip part of the “darkest times” in his life, when he was in “rock bottom.”

As per the record executive, since then he has sought therapy and rehab, asked “mercy and grace” from God, and has committed to being a “better man.”
