Sexyy Red made her way into the headlines as she posted a series of pictures of her, post getting breast augmentation surgery. Sharing a selfie on Instagram and X on January 10, 2025, in the hospital gown, she wrote how she did not “want small no more,” and informed her followers that she was “going back big.”

Sexyy Red even thanked her surgeon in one of the Instagram stories, Dr. Marcelo Ghersi, and said:

“My chest look soooo much better thank you soooo much @drghersi.”

Furthermore, in a follow-up post, Sexyy Red also posted a video of herself in a car, where her body can be seen taped after the surgery. However, as soon as her posts went viral on social media, several netizens began reacting to them, as many felt the surgery and posts were “not necessary.”
