In the caption, the user suggested that Ross was aware of not taking anything offered by Diddy at industry parties.

Memes and comments have flooded X with Ross’s playful gesture, with many saying it's a masterclass in navigating high-pressure social situations with grace and humor.

The video resurfaced following Sean Diddy Combs' arrest on September 16, 2024, in a Manhattan hotel lobby. Tracee Ellis Ross has not commented on the video yet.

Sean Diddy Combs was indicted on three criminal counts on Monday

On Monday, September 16, Combs was arrested and indicted by a Manhattan judge on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and interstate transportation for prostitution. This follows several recent lawsuits against the music mogul, all of which he has denied.

A 14-page long indictment was proposed against the rapper, and as per U.S. Attorney Damian Williams of the Southern District of New York, the indictment states:

"between at least 2008 and the present, Combs abused, threatened and coerced victims to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct."

Furthermore, the indictment alleges that Diddy used his business empire to facilitate illegal criminal activities.

"As alleged in the indictment, to carry out this conduct, Sean Combs led and participated in a racketeering conspiracy that used the business empire he controlled to carry out criminal activity," William added.

As per the rapper's attorney, Marc Agnifilo, his client is innocent and will clear his name in court. Additionally, Combs requested bail on Tuesday, which was denied by the judge. He is currently held in the Special Housing Unit in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
