Director and videographer Choke No Joke recently discussed actor Jamie Foxx's reported allegations that Diddy was involved in his hospitalization in 2023. As per a video uploaded by Comedy Hype on their YouTube channel on November 1, Choke claimed that on October 7, during the special screenings of Foxx’s upcoming Netflix special, What Had Happened Was, the actor accused the rapper of "poisoning" him.
In the same YT video, talking about the time when Diddy's bodyguards allegedly attacked Jamie Foxx for filming at a party, Choke said,
“I mean Jamie allegedly was filming and allegedly did. He told the ni*ga, don't film or something, or whatever…”
Choke further said,
“And then it's alleged that Diddy’s bodyguard allegedly did something to Jamie and then after that allegedly Jamie was given a pill… and that pill put him in the hospital.”
The video came after three witnesses attended the screenings of Foxx’s Netflix show and alleged that the comic claimed that Combs was the reason behind his “mystery illness”, as per Page Six’s October 24 report.
Choke No Joke and other close personals claimed that Diddy allegedly poisoned Jamie Foxx
In the same YT video, Choke further said that as Foxx allegedly confessed in the Netflix comedy show, people might take it as a joke. Hence, Choke made it clear about whether or not he was joking. Doing the same, he said,
“He can make fun of his illness. I think he can be okay, but you're saying that he said it on the special and it was a comedy special. Then it may be that that was a joke. So if that was the case, then I guess that him going into the whole hospital thing was a joke. Right… He was never very clear about that, so I want to. He's clear on that stage…”
This isn’t the first time Choke No Joke spoke about Foxx’s illness. According to the same Page Six report, he claimed that during the show, the Spider-Man villain allegedly said,
“Diddy was responsible for what happened to him, and [Foxx] is the one who called the FBI on [Combs]. After [Foxx] said, ‘Diddy did something to me.. And I’m the one who called the feds on him'."
Additionally, on October 19, Big Homie, a celebrity bodyguard, spoke with Cam Capone News regarding Diddy and claimed something similar. When the interviewer questioned Homie about whether he had heard the specific behind-the-scenes incidents before Combs' indictment was released to the public, he answered,
"Well, I know he poisoned Jamie Foxx. And Jamie Foxx reported him to the FBI because of it. I know that's a fact…"
He further added that Foxx supposedly drank from "some bottles in the club" which reportedly poisoned him three times. After testing positive for cyanide, he reportedly contracted pneumonia three more times.
Then, in an interview with The Art of Dialogue on October 28, Combs' ex-colleague Freddy P alleged that Diddy was responsible for the health problems of Justin Bieber, Jamie Foxx and other celebs. He stated in the same interview,
“Jamie Foxx, he got sick, almost died. Al B Sure! he got sick, almost died. Kim [Porter], pneumonia, she got sick. Heavy D, sick… Justin Bieber, half of his f*cking face dropped off, he survived… He’s playing a medical warfare game.”
On the other hand, as reported by USA Today on July 1, Foxx opened up about the illness in an undated video that has been making the rounds on social media. In the clip, which was uploaded by the @ArtOfDialogue on X on April 11, 2023, while talking about his "mystery" illness, he said that he had a "bad headache" and "asked my boy for an Advil".
He further said,
"I was gone for 20 days. I don’t remember anything... I don’t remember anything. I’m in Atlanta ... My sister and my daughter took me to the first doctor. They gave me a cortisone shot. The next doctor said, 'There’s something going on up there.”
Nevertheless, the allegations haven’t been proved as of yet and in the meantime, Diddy is still serving in prison.
