"Not a single person was moved," added a user.
While a lot of netizens expressed their displeasure with the crowd present during the Pittsburgh rally where Katy Perry performed, many came up with a defense claiming that it was a political event and not a concert. Some believed that the performance was actually energizing. A user tweeted:
"Katy Perry's performance must have energized the crowd! Music and politics together can create such a powerful atmosphere for change."
"It's a f*cking political event," read a tweet.
"Katy Perry looks so adorable at kamla harris' rally in Pittsburgh," wrote another netizen.

One of the highlights of Kamala Harris' Pittsburgh rally was popstar Katy Perry's appearance. She performed many of her hit songs which was also followed by a speech. In the speech, Perry spoke about why she decided to vote and endorse Kamala Harris. She addressed the crowd and said:
"Four years ago, I became a mother. Best decision I ever made. Orlando [Bloom] and I, we welcomed our daughter Daisy and she is the reason I am voting for Kamala Harris. I know she will protect my daughter’s future and your children’s future."
Katy has become one of the many artists who have openly endorsed Kamala Harris. The list includes Taylor Swift, Eminem, Cardi B, and Megan Thee Stallion. Perry further endorsed the current Vice President and Democrat candidate by calling her "fearless." She particularly praised Harris for trying "to protect the rights as women to make decisions about own bodies."

Recently, on October 25, Beyoncé appeared at Harris' Houston rally, which was criticized after the artist left the stage without performing.
Both Harris and Trump had finished their campaigns on November 4. While Harris ended it with her rally in Pennsylvania, Trump ended his campaign in Michigan.
