"The dating pool got p*** in it" — Cardi B agrees with fan calling dating "TERRIBLE" amid ongoing divorce with Offset

Cardi B, who filed for divorce from estranged husband Offset earlier this year, gave insights into her dating life post the separation. On November 3, 2024, an X user (@__xJay) shared a tweet in which they spoke about a horrible dating experience. The user wrote:

"Dating is absolutely TERRIBLE, I found out a n*gga still was w/ his bm, stopped talking to him instantly, met someone else, vibes was wayyyy too good, I ended up saying' something ain't right, you gotta gf ?' this n*gga say 'why does that matter ?' OH MY F*CKING GOD 😭."

Cardi reacted to this tweet and spoke about her dating scene after separating from her former husband, Offset. In the tweet, the Bodak Yellow rapper wrote:

"I'm telling you ….The dating pool got p*** in it 😩."

AllHipHop reported that the rapper experienced a pool of speculations and rumors of being linked to NFL player Stefon Diggs last month, in October. According to the rumors, Diggs was the man Offset accused Cardi B of being connected to while she was pregnant for the third time. However, she denied having such links with the Houston Texans' wide receiver.

The year has been a ride for Cardi. After she filed for divorce from her long-time partner, she also gave birth to their third child. According to CBS News, since their marriage in 2017, the rapper has already filed for divorce twice.

In January 2018, during an interview with Rolling Stone, Offset revealed that he has observed Cardi B rise as an artist. This reportedly prompted him to get a publicist to set a dinner with a group of women, which included the Bodak Yellow rapper, in 2017. Offset further said:

"I was like, 'Damn, I am on her!' I am like, 'S**t, I like Cardi B!'"

The couple made their first public appearance in February 2017 during the Superbowl. However, in the upcoming months of the same year, both Cardi and Offset denied the dating rumors when they were getting linked to each other.

In July 2017, Cardi B flaunted a personalized chain worth $60,000 that was gifted to her by Offset, as reported by Billboard. Shortly after, engagement rumors spread across the internet, which the rapper later denied.

In October 2021, after Cardi B shared a post claiming she was single, fans speculated a break-up between the two. Cardi addressed the rumors in an X post, which said:

"On a serious note I really loveeeee my man 💏he was gifted to me from Jesus ❤️."
