A new wave of allegations finds Sean "Diddy" Combs as Houston lawyer Tony Buzbee is now representing 120 alleged victims of the music mogul. Tony revealed in a Tuesday press conference that after carefully assessing abuse accusations from 3,285 individuals, he selected 60 females and 60 males who are to sue Combs.
One of the disturbing factors among this latest deluge of allegations is that some of the victims were minors at the time of their alleged assaults. Tony Buzbee said 25 of the 120 accusers were underage, with the youngest of them being nine years old during the purported incident.
As stated by the Texas-based attorney, the accusations against Diddy include "s*xual abuse of minors", "facilitated s*x with a controlled substance", "violent s*xual assault or r*pe", and "dissemination of video recordings".
Tony shared another detail about supposed "enablers" who were complicit in these alleged crimes. He said his team of lawyers would expose the names who let these assaults occur "behind closed doors":
"The day will come when we will name names, other than Sean Combs, and there's a lot of names. It's a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure that we're right before we do that. But the names that we're going to name ... are names that will shock you."
Tony Buzbee says the latest Diddy accusers sought promising careers in the entertainment industry
According to Tony Buzbee, most of these newly surfaced alleged assaults took place either at hotels, private residences, or parties, including Fourth of July, New Year's Eve, and album release celebrations, as well as after-party events.
The lawyer added that some of these misconducts also occurred at auditions. Tony said of the alleged victims:
"All seeking either TV or some sort of music career with promises of we're going to make you a star. Instead, basically did things to them such that they don't want to have anything to do with the entertainment industry ever again."
Tony continued that one of the accusers was a nine-year-old boy at the time of the assault, who went to audition at Bad Boy Records’ NYC studio. Combs and his associates promised the boy and his parents a record deal, but allegedly put him through s*xual abuse.
One of the other minor victims, who was 15 at the time, claimed to have been drugged by Diddy and then taken to a private room, where they allegedly witnessed the record executive r*ping a minor girl.
A third accuser said he was a minor when Combs promised him a successful career in Hollywood. However, he was asked to visit Diddy in private where the mogul forced him into a s*x act.
Tony Buzbee said "55% of the victims" contacted law enforcement officials and filed complaints. Many were compelled to seek medical aid due to the nature of the alleged abuse.
In another shocking statement, the lawyer claimed:
"Many who did, in fact, seek medical treatment were drug tested, and drugs were found in their system. Weird drugs. Drugs you've probably never heard of. One in particular that continues to pop up is xylazine or "tranq", which, based on our research, is known as a horse tranquilizer."
Tony Buzbee called these alleged acts "debauchery and depravity, exacted by powerful people against minors and the weak", and described the accusers' stories as "heartbreaking" and "gut-wrenching".
Referring to people who were supposedly aware of Diddy’s alleged crimes, Tony Buzbee said they should come forward.
He suggested that many of these people are supposedly trying to wipe out any piece of evidence from their texts and other data at the very moment. Tony added:
"You can’t hide skeletons in the closet forever."
The attorney also accused hotels, pharmacies, and banks of profiting off the culture of abuse in the entertainment industry.
He claimed Diddy allegedly paid many of these purported victims as well as helpless witnesses around $10,000 in cash to silence their voices.
