Diddy's ongoing legal issue is witnessing new developments every day. The rapper was arrested on September 16, 2024, and charged with s*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Notably, attorney Tony Buzbee also announced on October 3 that he will represent 120 alleged victims of Diddy, claiming that he has been approached by thousands of accusers.
As per the latest update, attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who is representing one of the victims, has now come up with new claims related to the artist's alleged s*x tapes. Ariel recently appeared on the show Banfield on Friday, October 4, and said:
"The individuals who contacted me purported to have three different tapes with three different celebrities, including Diddy, and then a fourth celebrity without Diddy but in a compromising situation with someone."

Although Mitchell-Kidd also stated that she could not confirm the existence of the tapes, an officer working at the Department of Homeland Security verified the claims in an interview with The Post the same day.
The officer, whose identity remains unknown, claimed in the conversation that Diddy, also known as Sean John Combs, had reportedly recorded the alleged s*x events in different rooms and watched them in private. The officer, who was a part of the raids conducted at Sean's Miami-based house in March 2024, added:
"There are recognizable namesi[in footage we obtained], but I won't confirm any of their identities. But it's more than just that one."
Ariel Mitchell-Kidd stated on Banfield that she had not seen the tapes until now and continued:
"I just was told initially that 'they' own this treasure trove of videos, so I have to believe that there are a lot of celebrities who know what they did…"
Ariel Mitchell-Kidd opened up about a p*rnographic video featuring Diddy
Following the arrest of Diddy last month, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd appeared in Banfield on September 27, 2024, stating that she was contacted about a p*rnographic video featuring Sean alongside a person who was more popular than him.
Ariel claimed that the video was recorded at Sean's house in Atlanta and the person appearing in the clip was aware of the fact that "they're being videotaped." Ariel also stated:
"There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around… but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge."
Ariel stated that another alleged victim of Diddy got in touch with her and the victim reportedly claimed that she was r*ped by Sean in 2018. Ariel mentioned that the victim elaborated on the entire incident, saying that she first went to a friend's residence who had contacts within the industry.
Diddy eventually arrived at the house at one point and while the victim later realized that Sean was allegedly planning on s*x trafficking her, she managed to escape into the street. Ariel continued to address the victim's experience and added:
"It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs s*xually assaulted her with an inanimate object. And then directed another gentleman to s*xually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself."
As mentioned, attorney Tony Buzbee will represent 120 alleged victims of Sean. Buzbee also said at a press conference on October 1, 2024, that the names of the defendants shall be revealed later. He stated that Sean will be accused of violent s*xual assault or rape, facilitated s*x with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings, and s*xual abuse of minors.
