Beyoncé extended her Halloween celebrations by dressing up as Pamela Anderson to urge people to vote in the US presidential election. On November 5, the singer uploaded a video of her paying homage to Anderson's iconic '90s outfits, accompanied by her Cowboy Carter song Bodyguard.

In one clip, Beyoncé is seen wearing a black corset dress resembling Anderson's outfit in her 1996 flick Barb Wire, holding a prop gun that says, "VOTE." The video, titled Beywatch (a play on the 90s drama series Baywatch starring Anderson), was uploaded on the singer's Instagram and YouTube pages, making it the first music video from her Renaissance and Cowboy Carter era.

Beyoncé releasing the video in the early hours of November 5 left people excited, with one person commenting:

"Wait this is basically music video ill take it."
"Exactly what I needed to get through this election thank you, Bey."
"Omg she saying if Kamala win she'll release it all YALL GO VOTE!!!!!"

Beyoncé endorsed Kamala Harris

Beyoncé is one of the many celebrities who have endorsed US Vice President and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris in the presidential election. The singer also licensed her Lemonade song Freedom to the VP's campaign, which has been used in various campaign ads and rallies.

Beyoncé also made an appearance at Harris' rally in her hometown of Houston on October 25. She addressed a crowd of 30,000 people, rallying them against Trump and his plans for a nationwide abortion plan.

"I'm not here as a celebrity, I'm not here as a politician. I'm here as a mother. A mother who cares deeply about the world my children and all of our children live in, a world where we have the freedom to control our bodies, a world where we're not divided. Imagine our daughters growing up seeing what's possible with no ceilings, no limitations. We must vote, and we need you," she said.

Her mother, Tina Knowles, and her Destiny's Child bandmate, Kelly Rowland, also joined her at the rally.

Other celebrities who spoke at a Harris rally include Cardi B and Jennifer Lopez. Cardi criticized Trump for allegedly trying to govern women's reproductive rights, calling him a "hustler" at a Milwaukee rally.

Meanwhile, Lopez condemned the former president for allowing a comedian to pass racially stereotypical jokes about Puerto Ricans at his New York rally. Comedian Tony Hinchcliffe called Puerto Rico a “floating island of garbage" during a Trump rally on October 27.

“At Madison Square Garden, he [Trump] reminded us who he really is and how he really feels. It wasn’t just Puerto Ricans who were offended that day, OK? It was every Latino in this country, it was humanity and anyone of decent character,” Lopez said at a Harris Nevada rally.

The US election will take place on November 5.
