The mention of the beef appeared in the category "Diss-Track-Tions" under a $800 clue. According to the prompt:
"In May 2024, These 2 Competitors Went Back and Forth With Tracks like Family Matters and Meet the Grahams."

Fans have since then taken to social media platforms to react to the feud between the rappers making it into a popular game show in mainstream media. A fan wrote on X,

Apart from the beef between Kendrick Lamar and Drake, several other artists and beefs were also mentioned in the episode. Firstly, it would be worth noting that the mention of the latest beef between Lamar and the Canadian rapper happened after Not Like Us reached back on the top of the US Billboard Hot 100 on Monday, July 15.
This marked the second time that the track had topped the charts since its debut. The track premiered on July 4, which aided in its bounce from third position to the top of the chart, as reported by Billboard.
The "Diss-Track-Tions" category of Jeopardy! also mentioned the long-term beef between Jay-Z and Nas. The question related to them was present under the $2,000 clue. The prompt read:
"The title of this hate letter from Nas to Jay-Z that shares its name with an anesthetic drug now means ‘to insult publicly.'"
Several other artists and beefs were mentioned in the category. The list included 50 Cent and Cam’ron’s rap battles, the Game and Eminem’s feud, Biggie Smalls, and Tupac Shakur's beef. In previous episodes, there had been clues about Megan Thee Stallion on Jeopardy! as well.
According to J! Archive, the Tuesday episode was filmed on May 23. By then, all the diss tracks exchanged between Lamar and Drake had been released. However, the music video for Not Like Us was yet to be launched.
