Reality star Chrisean Rock was arrested on Monday, June 10, while attending a court hearing for her baby father, Blueface, in San Fernando Valley, California. Law enforcement revealed that they had a warrant out for her arrest related to a 2022 Oklahoma incident.

In a video that has taken the internet by storm, Chrisean Rock is handcuffed and led away by police officers. When a cameraperson asked the mother of one why she was being arrested, Rock responded:

“They saying I got a whole other case caught up in f**king downtown. I don’t even be in downtown. It’s cool, I got my people looking into it.”

A police officer then chimed in to say that they had a warrant for her arrest. TMZ exclusively reported that the 24-year-old rapper was being held without bail.

Why was Chrisean Rock arrested?

Chrisean Rock’s arrest stems from her active Oklahoma warrant, which dates back to a 2022 incident. The reality star was originally sentenced to four years of parole in Oklahoma over drug charges. However, she violated the same, leading to a bench warrant against her in February.

Rock initially faced two charges, including possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a tax stamp and possession of substances with the intent to distribute. In particular, Rock was charged with possessing crack cocaine. She managed to avoid jail time for the charges but was given parole.

However, with a bench warrant, she was ordered to turn herself in, which she declined to do. She stated in an Instagram Live earlier this year that she did not want to do so as she could not abandon her child.

“Right now I gotta play it cautious because I don’t plan on being in jail while my son is growing. I just don’t plan on that at all. So, I’m doing every way possible to get that figured out without even trying to serve time. And it’s working out for me. So I’ma work on my little situations and stuff,” Chrisean Rock said.
