Ray J and Diddy's sons Quincy, Justin, and Christian recently had a dispute at a Halloween party organized by well-known influencer Tara Electra on October 26, 2024. The alleged dispute was getting heated when Chris Brown intervened by pulling away Diddy's sons from Ray.
Notably, Diddy's sons confronted Ray J about his comments towards Diddy after the latter's arrest on September 16 on charges of s*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The entire group was allegedly chest-bumping each other at one point and while there was no official response from both sides, Ray J has now addressed the details of everything that happened at the party.
The rapper appeared during an Instagram Live session with Nicki Minaj on October 30, 2024, who asked him if he fought on the day of the party. Ray replied by saying that he "didn't have a fight" with Diddy's sons and stated:
"We had a big argument right outside the club. This time, I think I got loud and got aggressive. But it was the third time this happened so I felt like I needed to stand up for myself."
Ray further added:
"Even though I was talking s**t and we were having a lot of crazy words, I was walking that way to avoid the issue. So that's what happened, and it's unfortunate. What's dope is that we all got on the phone, and we talked for about 35 minutes."
Ray J also speaks to Wack100 about the dispute during the Halloween party
As mentioned, Ray J reportedly had a confrontation with Diddy's sons at a Halloween party held in Los Angeles. While Ray claimed in Nicki Minaj's live video that there was no fight with the other side, he addressed the dispute while speaking to Wack100 on an X Spaces session on October 29, 2024.
Ray J expressed his satisfaction with the fact that Chris Brown was available to handle everything at the time, adding that he attempted to "talk some sense" to Diddy's sons. Ray was questioned about the number of people who rushed towards him and he replied by saying that there were around 8. He further stated:
"I tried to talk some sense into what happened."
However, Wack100 also gave a warning to Diddy's sons during the conversation and said:
"It's on. That's what it's gon' be. If we run into you, act like it's 1995."
Notably, Diddy was taken into custody last month and several other alleged victims are coming out to file lawsuits against him, accusing him of alleged s*xual assault and other charges. The lawsuits claim that Diddy reportedly used his contacts in the entertainment industry to commit alleged crimes.
Diddy's legal problem took a turn when a grand jury indictment a day after his arrest revealed more details related to the raids conducted at his house in March this year. According to Page Six's report on September 17, the documents mentioned that thousands of lubricant bottles alongside firearms were found during the search.
Diddy was taken to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn where he remains, while his trial is scheduled for May 5, 2025.
