"We not cancelling no tour" — Sexyy Red denies reports that her upcoming tour is on the verge of getting canceled due to low ticket sales

Rapper Sexyy Red recently assured her fans on social media that she will not be canceling her upcoming Sexy Red 4 President Tour. She took to X on July 9 and responded to a tweet by The Art of Dialogue, which stated that her tour was on the verge of being canceled as only 37.11% of the tickets had been sold. They stated that the information was via @touringdata and the artist was quick to debunk the rumor.

"My fans are buying tickets we’re doin just fine we not cancelling no tour dis cancelling sht all cap" she said.

She continued to explain that her tour deal was with AG Entertainment and "bigger companies" were trying to "sabotage" her.

"I did my touring deal with a black promoter black owned company AG Entertainment and now Dey playin dirty paying pages spreading fake news to discourage my fans from buying tickets," the rapper wrote.

She added:

"Dis how Dey try to do u wen u go wit an independent promoter n the bigger companies try to sabotage u we not cancelling sht."

Sexyy Red's clarifications came after multiple outlets reported that her upcoming tour, the Sexyy Red 4 President Tour, would be canceled due to low ticket sales. The Art of Dialogue and Touring Data reported on X that only 37.11% of 85,217 tickets had been sold for 20 out of her 24 shows.

The Sexyy Red 4 President Tour is the second tour to be headlined by the rapper after the Hood Hottest Princess Tour in 2023. Red's upcoming tour is set to kick off in Seattle on August 22 and end on October 1 in Nashville. She will perform across venues in North America, including Portland, San Diego, Oklahoma City, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Orlando, and New Orleans.

Rappers Hunxho, Loe Shimmy, and BlakeIANA will also join her as the opening acts, while other rappers and singers will reportedly make special appearances in certain cities.
