What did B Simone say about Soulja Boy? Rapper calls her out over recent podcast comments

Soulja Boy addressed B Simone on Instagram recently. Soulja Boy appeared on a livestream on January 26, 2024, to comment about Simone preferring other music to him.

Earlier this week, B Simone dropped the latest episode of her Let’s Try This Again podcast. In the same, she recalled doing a cover shoot for a magazine. She revealed she asked people on the set to play gospel music; however, they did not have the same with them, so she played her own. B Simone then said on the podcast,

“Nobody said, ‘Why are we listening to his? Man, put on Soulja Boy.’ I don’t think anybody’s ever saying put Soulja Boy… I don’t know why I said that.”

In response, Soulja Boy appeared on Instagram Live to comment about her physical features and claimed that nobody was interested in listening to Simone.

For those uninitiated, B Simone is an actress and rapper best known for her Wild ‘N Out appearances. Since coming on the ninth, 11th, 16th, and 18th seasons of the show, she has also released her music, including I Want It All, Raw Sh*t Freestyle, and Blueberry Rain, among others.

What did Soulja Boy say? Details revealed as rapper comments on B Simone's podcast clip

On the livestream, Soulja Boy called out Simone for going after his career and appearance and also accused the latter of attempting to get intimate with him on the sets of the Wild ‘N Out show. Soulja Boy said on Instagram,

“We ain’t never said turn on Soulja Boy. We ain’t never said turn on B Simone, who the f**k is you? That’s fu*ked up. If a n**ga don’t want to f**k you, a n**ga don’t want to f**k you… So I’ve got to f**k you for you to get on the internet and say something good about me? If you ain’t got something nice to say don’t say nothing at all.”

At one point, Soulja Boy told Simone in the livestream, “You look stupid… I got more hair than you.” He called her “ugly” and “not funny.” Soulja Boy said nobody would want to go to a Simone comedy show. He also exasperatedly said, “Who the f**k is B Simone?”

After his statement went viral online, Simone took to social media to clarify that she was not dissing the singer. While commenting on The Shade Room's social media post, she said,

“This is nuts I literally said, “We have to put some respect on Soulja Boy name. He is a trendsetter & an innovator in the culture. So I respect Soulja Boy” I literally say he’s a hip hop legend God bless you baby @souljaboy Hope you good”

In response, Soulja Boy said, “You hurt my feelings.”

Soulja Boy’s beef with Simone comes after he reignited his feud with Drake after commenting on his beef with Kendrick Lamar by stating that he released “weak a*s songs” during the beef.

Drake has remained silent and has not publicly addressed his beef with Kendrick Lamar since its culmination.
