YouTuber Charleston White is making headlines after he responded to Late King Von’s sister, Kayla’s post on X(formerly Twitter), where she claimed that she spotted Charleston White in Chicago. In her post made on June 11, she stated that she would have beat him but the police were right there.
Charleston White was prompt to respond to the post, as he uploaded a video of himself on Instagram, where he appreciated the rapper's alleged killer Lul Tim. In his video, Charleston said that if Kayla had approached him, his hands would have “turned bisexual.” In another post on his Instagram, he replied to Kayla and the caption read:
"Dear King Von Sister. I want to kindly remind you that your tough a*s dead brother was slumped at a club in Atlanta, Georgia for trying to fight a little skinny n***a! I'm sure you don't want join the hump in the ground gang for thinking you're tough too!"
It further read:
"I also want to remind you that I embrace your brother killer with love, admiration, and appreciation for killing your brother! No love, Unc."
King Von, born in 1994, passed away in November 2020 after being involved in an altercation in Atlanta. Soon after Von’s death, Charleston White repeatedly slammed the rapper and stated that he was allegedly a killer, and his death was not “unfortunate.”
“Thank God for Lul Timm” - Charleston White wrote to King Von’s mother
Almost four years after King Von passed away, Charleston White once again talked about the rapper and posted various responses on his Instagram. As Charleston responded to Von’s sister, he also posted another image of him with Lul Timm, the alleged killer of King Von, and wrote to Von’s mother:
"Dear King Von's mother, I actually met this great young king and shook the legendary hand that pulled the trigger to slump and hump King Von! My life has been blessed with abundance every since that day I connected with the Spirit of Gods Angel aka 'The Demon Slayer'."
It further continues:
"I love and honor this young n***a right here! He's a hero to the n***a nation! We smoking on that Von pack tonight, Thank God for Lul Timm.”
Furthermore, this is not the first time that Charleston has spoken up against King Von after his death. In the Fresh & Fit podcast episode in September 2022, he called King Von a “demon,” and stated that he “was known to be a killer and man who killed Black people.”
He stated:
“King Von was known to be a killer. A man who killed Black people. A man who was accused of killing a Black girl … He’s celebrated, right? You got celebrities who take pictures in front of his mural. What about his victims family? … Why don’t y’all ever speak for them?”
Charleston White has also spoken up about how King Von often rapped about his murders and stated that more attention should be given to the victims, and not the rapper’s death.
As Charleston’s message to Von’s sister and mother went viral on social media, he met with a number of reactions as many sided with White, while others bashed him for his words.
