Canadian artist Drake recently took to Instagram on Sunday, August 18, and commented on rapper Chingy's song. Drizzy's opinion was primarily focused on Chingy's popular 2003 track One Call Away.
The 37-year-old rapper uploaded a series of posts on Instagram stories. In one story, he uploaded the lyrics of Chingy's song and then gave his opinions. The part of the lyrics that Drizzy quoted was:
"Here she come with her friends they posted up on the wall/ Now I’m showin’ off, tryin’ to dunk, tryin’ to dribble/Break fast threw the middle just to see her smile and giggle."
Commenting on the lyrics, Drake wrote in his story:
"Nah Chingy I felt this! Like why do I play ball better when the tings aren't watching. You really struck a chord with his one goated lyric."
In the next story, he further wrote:
"Also the fact you said tryna dribble like off that bar we know you were a*s at ball. But your ting showed up and you started doing too much like this real af you are a guy for that bar."
In the story, Drake further took a shot at Clingy claiming that he tried to show off in front of a girl despite not being good at basketball.
However, it is not clear what prompted the Canadian rapper to upload such stories and express his take on a track that was launched over two decades back. Thus, netizens had been confused by the stories that were uploaded recently.
