On June 11, 2024, many publications started posting that the 26-year-old was dead after her sister, Kayy Jayy, uploaded on Facebook that the rapper was placed on life support. Several pages on X (formerly Twitter) misunderstood the information and presumed that she was dead.

One post read:

"BREAKING: Enchanting, a rapper signed with 1017 Records, is reported to have passed away at age 26 according to multiple sources, however her sister states on Facebook that she is still fighting for her life," reported Calay News this morning (June 11).

However, Kayy Jayy eventually posted another statement on Facebook clarifying that her sibling is alive and fighting for life. Jayy also wrote that she is currently in the hospital with the rapper.

Sobbing Johnnie Damn D asks for prayers for Enchanting

Many friends and close acquaintances of Nicole Larry have already posted about the rapper on their social media accounts. On June 10, Johnnie Damn D uploaded a video of himself in a hospital. Sobbing incessantly, he requested his followers to pray for her.

“Everybody pray for Enchanting. Pray,” Johnnie Damn D said.

Another rapper, FTO Sett, shared an Instagram story that seemed to encourage Enchanting to get better. The rapper posted a photo of the 26-year-old with the caption:

Several fans have come up to show their support and pray for the betterment of Nicole Larry in the comment section. Others lauded her work and personality. Still others alluded to her best friend Big Scarr’s death.

Rapper Big Scarr was really close to Enchanting and reportedly died at his girlfriend’s place from an overdose of a prescription drug. The comments seemed to suggest that the female rapper hasn’t been the same since his death.
