Kanye West has reportedly been evading a lawsuit filed in June 2024 by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. The lawsuit alleges r*pe, s*xual harassment, and stalking between 2021-2022. According to the Daily Mail, Ye, currently in Japan with his wife Bianca Censori, has avoided being served.
According to the D&R Legal Process, evasion of service is a common tactic many people employ to avoid being served. This involves refusing to acknowledge the server, not answering their door, changing their appearance beyond recognition, or moving out of state. Evasion of service is considered legal in the US.
In her lawsuit, Pisciotta also alleges that she had first met Kanye West at a Diddy party, where she was drugged and assaulted by West. Daily Mail reported that the rapper has denied the claims made in Lauren's lawsuit, but hasn't been served with it or filed a defense yet.
Kanye West's true nature was claimed to be "predatory" and "perverse" in Lauren Pisciotta's lawsuit
Lauren Pisciotta's lawsuit claims Kanye West's true nature to be "predatory, aggressive, compulsive, vulgar, perverse, and frighteningly calculative."
Pisciotta, who is now an influencer, claimed in her lawsuit that she had met the rapper through her musician client, who was invited to a Diddy party that Ye co-hosted.
Upon their arrival, West announced that only those who were ready to drink would stay at the party, hosted in Santa Monica. Pisciotta's lawsuit read that after a few drinks, she:
"suddenly started to feel disoriented and... began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state. She felt less in control of her body and speech and that is where [her] memories of the night escape her."
The following day, Pisciotta couldn't remember what had happened last night, with her client refusing to discuss any of it. The influencer learned about it all years later.
In 2022, while Pisciotta was working as Kanye West's assistant, the rapper appeared over a comment made by his ex-wife that he and Pisciotta were having an affair. As Pisciotta told West she would send the ex-wife (who was Kim Kardashian) to clarify the two had nothing going on, the rapper allegedly stopped her.
Ye then allegedly told her she couldn't claim they were never intimate because of the Santa Monica party, adding, "We did kind of hook up a little one time," per the lawsuit. Ye then allegedly described the incident back at the party, where she had been drugged.
He allegedly continued that he had told Kim Kardashian they "hooked up" while leaving out all the other details of what had happened.
When Pisciotta confronted Ye, telling him she had no memory of that night, the rapper allegedly laughed and dismissed it, saying: "women love to say they don't remember."
Another incident highlighted in Pisciotta's lawsuit allegedly took place in July 2021, when she was working on Kanye West's tenth studio album, Donda.
Both Pisciotta and West were in San Francisco at the time, staying at St. Regis Hotel. One morning at 6 AM, the Blame Game rapper started banging at her door, asking to use her shower as his was broken.
A few minutes after Pisciotta allowed the rapper inside, Ye allegedly dropped his towel, pushing her on the bed forcefully as he climbed on top. The lawsuit continued:
"He attempted to forcefully thrust his naked body onto and p*nis into [Pisciotta's] face. [Pisciotta] started to move her body to get up, pleading with West to stop. West removed his hand from the wall behind the headboard, forcing [Pisciotta] to stay in place."
Finally, weeks after Pisciotta was fired by Kanye West in 2022, the rapper encountered her at a Post Malone concert in Inglewood, where he allegedly "squeezed her throat" and said into her ear:
"I always knew what I would do to you if I ever saw you again."
Pisciotta's lawsuit also claimed that Kanye West often had s*x with employees and a "rotating list of guests" in his company's offices. It added that the rapper had a "kink" for wanting to have s*x for the mothers of his s*xual targets, which he talked about often.
