Christian Combs, the son of Sean Diddy Combs, has reportedly been served the papers for the alleged assault lawsuit filed by Grace O’Marcaigh in April 2024.

In her lawsuit, Grace O’Marcaigh claimed that Christian physically and s*xually assaulted her during a family holiday on a yacht in St. Martin.

As per Grace, the incident took place in 2022, when she was working on the yacht as a steward.

She also claimed that the yacht was full of intoxicated people, s*x workers, and drugs. As per InTouch Weekly's report on December 3, 2024, the complainant claimed that the yacht was “extremely chaotic.” She said:

“It resulted in an unexpected increase in workload for her and her colleagues as well as unwanted exposure to unlawful drug use, s*x work, and general chaos.”

Grace claimed that Christian Combs cornered her into a room, and just then, he started forcing her to indulge in intimate activities. The lawsuit reads:

“Grace was quite scared and realized she was in a very dangerous situation. Grace was also feeling the effect of the tequila shots and quickly suspected that the tequila was spiked.”

Furthermore, the lawsuit was delivered to Combs at his father’s mansion in Miami. Moreover, Diddy’s name is also involved in the lawsuit, as Grace named him for “premises liability,” as she claimed that he was the one to hire the yacht.

Grace O’Marcaigh claimed that Christian Combs spiked her drink

As Grace explained in her lawsuit about the illegal activities being conducted on the yacht, she talked about the time that Christian spiked her drink, and showed an immediate interest in her, which she found "very inappropriate."

As per Business Insider, she claimed that Diddy's son “violently grabbed” Grace’s arm and “began hurting her.”

Grace also mentioned how she asked him to stop but claimed that her “pleas fell on deaf ears.” She added that by this time, Christian Combs was forcing her to take more shots, which Grace kept denying.

Furthermore, she also mentioned the Captain’s name in the complaint, and stated that as she approached his seniors, they instead accused her of “voluntarily partying with the guests." The lawsuit reads:

“In addition to losing her employment, Grace also lost her longtime partner, with whom she had planned a future. Grace’s partner was never the same after seeing Grace’s bruises on her body because of Christian’s s*xual assault and having to deal with the mental and emotional ramifications, so they separated.”

The attorneys also added:

“Grace’s mental health deteriorated to the point that she was medicated and required intensive therapy. Additionally, she fell into a deep depression and was unable to fully carry out her maid of honour duties at the wedding of her only sister in June 2023, which she had been looking forward to doing for over eighteen months.”

While Christian Combs has not yet commented on the lawsuit, it is worth noting that Diddy continues to remain in prison after he was denied bail for the third time. Sean Combs was arrested on September 16, 2024, following a grand jury indictment.
