In the first week of July, YouTuber Jayda Cheaves’ sister Jazmine Cheaves claimed that her baby daddy was rapper 600Breezy during an episode of her live podcast Not Crazy, Just Misunderstood.
“My baby daddy — my real baby daddy — I don’t need no [expletive] DNA test, he don’t need no DNA test. His momma — everybody knows who the f**k my baby daddy is, my baby daddy… is 600Breezy,” she alleged.
Not only that, but Jazmine also claimed that the father of her two-month-old son Blaze had not “reached out” since his birth and accused him of being “deadbeat.”
However, on July 24, Jazmine appeared on Jayda’s podcast Act Normal and claimed that 600Breezy had taken up financial responsibility for their son and has been doing “his part.”
Additionally, she claimed that Breezy “is an active dad for the kids that he claims,” insinuating that if he didn’t provide for/care about any of his alleged kids, it was because they were not biologically his.
In the wake of these remarks, rapper Queen Key took to her Instagram Story and shared a screenshot of her DM to Jazmine Cheaves, where she wrote:
“B**ch, didn’t I tell you stop speaking on my kids?”
For those unaware, in 2019, Queen Key claimed that 600Breezy was the father of her triplets and called him “deadbeat.”
Exploring Jazmine Cheaves claims regarding 600Breezy and Queen Key’s subsequent response
Earlier this month, Jazmine Cheaves claimed that her newborn son’s father is 600Breezy on her podcast Not Crazy, Just Misunderstood. She said that neither of them needed to do a “DNA test” to prove who the baby’s biological parents were.
She also added that she wanted “whatever’s best” for her kid Blaze but claimed she would not “force” the rapper to be part of their lives.
“If you don’t want to be in his life, that’s cool with me. We’re perfectly fine, he’s still going to be so loved and still going to be well taken care of,” Jazmine stated.
Besides, she shared that while 600Breezy had been an absentee father for two months, she continued to “expect more” from him despite accepting the “situation.”
This week, Cheaves appeared on her sister Jayda’s podcast Act Normal, where the latter said that she wasn’t pleased that Jazmine spoke against Breezy in her podcast.
In response, Jazmine clarified the current scenario, claiming that over the last few weeks, 600Breezy not only reached out to her but also offered to co-parent their son. She doubled down on her previous claims that there was no conflict between her and Breezy about the kid’s DNA, adding that he was even supporting them financially.
Jazmine Cheaves further revealed that the rapper was an “active” father for all his biological children, including a son and a daughter from a past relationship. She added, “If he’s not there for them kids, that don’t got nothing to do with me," thus denying that rapper Queen Key's triplets were fathered by Breezy.
The following day, Key became aware of Jazmine’s latest remarks and warned her not to speak about her kids, whom she previously claimed were Breezy's.
She also made a promotional post for her latest single, Buy Sum, and wrote in the caption:
“Yassss, y’all keep streaming I'm hearing so much. Today I'm in a blessed mood so I’ma donate all earnings to Jayda Wayda’s lil sister or big sister whoever tf she is so she can buy a NAME. I'm tired of everybody saying u somebody sister like u clearly don’t got a name so I’ma help u buy one b*tch.”
Queen Bey wrote how her donation would help Jazmine Cheaves to purchase not only an identity for herself but also a “brain,” adding that she got a “lil cheap brain from somewhere” and therefore can’t stop claiming that a “man who’s never met her son as the father.”
Jazmine Cheaves issued a counter-response to Queen Key’s post and wrote in the comment section that it would be “diabolical” if she sat and “entertained” the latter’s claims.
In September 2022, during an interview with Say Cheese, 600 Breezy revealed that one of his life’s “biggest regrets” was having “multiple baby mamas.” He added that it “hurt” him to be unable to be present everywhere every time for all his kids.
