Milagro Gramz, a social media influencer and YouTuber was recently sued by singer-rapper Megan Thee Stallion for allegedly serving as Tory Lanez's "mouthpiece and puppet." Meanwhile, Lanez is still serving his 10-year prison term for shooting the rapper in 2020.
Megan's lawyer, Alex Spiro, filed a second lawsuit on Wednesday, October 30, alleging that Gramz was running a public campaign on Lanez's behalf to "denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements" about Megan.
Gramz was then charged with "churning out falsehoods" about Tory Lanez’s criminal case. She is also accused of causing mental issues to Megan Thee Stallion, breaching her privacy, and cyberstalking.
As per NY Breaking’s October 30 report, Megan’s legal team at the Quinn Emanuel Law Firm said:
"Ms. Pete – a victim of violent crimes and a champion of women’s rights to her millions of fans worldwide – will no longer stand up for the defendant’s campaign of intimidation.”

The Tribune reported on their October 30 report that according to court documents, Megan’s lawyer Alex Spiro further claimed that the YouTuber violated a Florida law that forbids the distribution of "altered s*xual images" of actual individuals by disseminating a "deepfake p*rnographic video" that featured the rapper.
In the lawsuit, Megan Thee Stallion further accused Gramz of disseminating "false statements" solely to harass, intimidate, and punish her for Lanez's conviction, as well as to damage her reputation.
Additionally, in a statement shared with Daily Mail on October 30, Megan Thee Stallion said:
“It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life. I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists.”
She continued:
“It is unacceptable behavior and these individuals must understand that there will be consequences for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”
She added that the YouTuber attempted to discredit her by claiming that Megan was never shot and that the firearm, which was crucial evidence in the case, was not present in court. In contrast, in the lawsuit, Megan's attorneys refuted Gramz's "reckless" claims by stating that the gun is still in the Los Angeles Police Department's hands.
Additionally, the documents further asserted that Gramz had gone to unimaginable lengths to torment the singer and to "willfully and maliciously promote the Deepfake Video" on social media without Megan's permission.
Furthermore, it then said that on June 9, 2024, Gramz doubled down in a YouTube video, asserting that Megan Thee Stallion was a professional victim after the former's actions prompted a flurry of unfavorable comments from others. She also denied any misconduct towards the artist.
On the other hand, the legal documents declared that Gramz was in error and her actions seriously damaged the rapper's reputation and caused her considerable turmoil.
According to the complaint, Megan reportedly "asked what it would take to no longer be posted on Defendant's platforms" and "repeatedly attempted to stop Defendant Cooper's misconduct,” to which Gramz allegedly responded by telling Megan to "just get over it, or go away."
On the other hand, according to NY Breaking’s October 30 report, after this, Gramz allegedly took to her X account, which has been suspended, and reportedly accepted the lawsuit, telling her followers,
“Of course we will talk about it. They threw the tape in there too.”
On the other hand, Tory Lanez is serving ten years for shooting the rapper. He is a prisoner at California Correctional Institution as of 2024.
