JoJo Siwa's pictures from LadyGunn magazine photoshoot hit the internet on September 23, sparking wild reactions from netizens. She wore a rhinestone-studded chest plate designed by Kyle Farmery from Sparkyle Studio, shaped like a male torso with a subtle six-pack.

JoJo Siwa paired the chest plate with rhinestone-studded bottom briefs, strings, and golden boots. One photo, where she is squatting, shows the bottoms seemingly resembling a phallic symbol, sparking more reactions online.

As Pop Base shared two snaps from the photoshoot on X, people soon took to the comments to react to JoJo's costume:

"The only thing I know how to market is myself" — JoJo Siwa says in latest interview

During JoJo's interview with LadyGunn, Koko Ntuen called the 21-year-old a "master of the attention economy", to which the singer responded:

"Thank you, I am an attention wh*re."

The interviewer described JoJo Siwa as a person who carefully gathers the internet's opinions about her and how she is perceived online. The singer shared that fellow YouTuber Jake and Logan Paul inspired her to learn how to market onself on social media. She told the outlet about others advising her to launch a marketing company, adding:

"And I tell them, I wish I could, but I literally can't...the only thing I know how to market is myself."

JoJo further delved into the topic of attention, explaining any kind of attention from the public, irrespective of it being good or bad, is still attention at the end of the day. The singer proceeded to lay an example with reference to her time on Dance Moms:

"I was the most hated on that show. But my mom was like, nobody can take away what you did...Sure, people are commenting we want JoJo to go home, but people are commenting, we want JoJo. You know what I mean?"

JoJo Siwa seemed aware of the intense public criticism and ridicule she often faces on the internet, be it over her music, or her antics at a concert. She told LadyGunn her "favorite thing" was to make people laugh through entertainment. JoJo added that it does not matter whether she becomes the object of their laughs in the process or they share the delight and amusement with her.

The singer noted hate is not something anyone wishes to receive. However, JoJo emphasized her will to continue entertaining people, even if it rakes in negative feedback.
