On September 11, 2024, Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl took to Instagram to announce that he had become the father of a baby born outside of his marriage to Jordyn Blum.

As he told fans that he plans to be a supportive parent to his baby daughter, he revealed that he was also doing his best to “regain” his family’s “trust.”

In an Instagram post, 55-year-old Dave Grohl said:

“I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness. We’re grateful to your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together.”

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift fans took to the internet to seemingly troll Dave Grohl’s daughter, Violet, who had seemingly dissed Swift in the past by commenting about her private jet usage by saying- “Why can’t taylor swift just drive like everyone else?”

In June, Dave Grohl also seemingly made misogynistic comments about Taylor Swift while at a concert. While performing in London, he said that he did not want to “suffer the wrath of Taylor Swift.” He also added:

Back in May, Dave Grohl also joked about Taylor Swift by saying that he was “obsessed” with her during a concert. He told fans that she would have to get a restraining order as he was “all about Swift.”

Although Swift did not directly address Dave Grohl’s performance comments, she seemingly responded to the same while performing in London. She said:

“Every one of my band members, every single one of our crew, my band who’s gonna be playing live for you for 3.5 hours tonight, they deserve this so much. And so does every one of my fellow performers. And you just gave that to us so generously, we will never forget it.”
