Beyoncé is being voraciously thanked online in humorous memes that suggest that she had immense power. This comes after the viral ‘She Knows’ trend, which flooded the internet as well. Beyoncé and her husband, Jay-Z, have been making headlines online following the arrest of Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is facing s*x trafficking charges.

TikTokers began creating ‘Thank You Beyoncé’ memes on the social networking site that included people acting like they were sneezing and submitting an assignment among various activities. It appeared as if they were echoing her name in order to avoid misfortune.

Some also mentioned that they considered skipping a song created by Beyoncé on music streaming platforms a taboo.

This trend made it online after Diddy was arrested in Brooklyn on September 16 after facing s*x trafficking, pr*stitution and racketeering-related charges.

Origin of the ‘Thank you Beyoncé’ trend explained as social media challenge goes viral following Diddy’s arrest

This is not the first time people have ardently thanked the Single Ladies crooner. In 2017, pop star Adele won Album of the Year at the Grammy’s and emotionally credited Beyoncé, despite her not having any official role in the creation of the song. Adele also called her the “artist” of her life. During the event, she also broke her Grammy, with some believing that she purposely did so to share it with Bey.

Lizzo and Jay-Z also thanked Bey in their Grammy speeches during the ceremony.

Even Kanye West infamously interrupting Taylor Swift’s MTV Video Music Awards speech to credit Bey by saying, “I'ma let you finish, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time,” has been one of the most viral incidents in an award show.

Many seem to be thanking the star out of fear, as mentioned above. TikTokers are hilariously acting like if they do not thank the star, their life may turn into mayhem.

This comes after internet sleuths conspired that Jay-Z and his wife, Bey, alongside Combs, played a role in the deaths of Aaliyah, Left Eye, and Michael Jackson, which was seemingly referred to in J. Cole’s She Knows song.

What is the viral She Knows conspiracy theory? Details explained amid Beyoncé going viral

J. Cole’s famed She Knows song that was released back in 2013 has been making its rounds online as many believe that the singer was alluding to the mysterious deaths of the legendary musicians.

As per conspiracy theorists, Bey allegedly knew about a ploy that was orchestrated by Jay-Z and Diddy that led to the tragic deaths of the singers.

Many pointed out that J. Cole mentioned the late singers by name in his song by crooning:

“Only bad thing ‘bout a star is they burn up/ Rest in peace to Aaliyah/ Rest in peace to Left Eye/ Michael Jackson, I’ll see you as soon as I die.”

Internet users found it peculiar that all the singers died on the same date, the 25th. Aaliyah died in a plane crash on August 25, 2001, Left Eye was killed in a car accident on April 25, 2002, and Jackson passed away on June 25, 2009, after suffering from a cardiac arrest after consuming a fatal combination of various drugs.

Many claimed that Diddy and Jay-Z were behind them, and J. Cole attempted to pinpoint Beyoncé Carter Knowles’ name by singing ‘She Knows,’ which sounds similar to Bey’s last name.

Internet users also believed that Bey, Jay-Z, and Combs’ common birth dates of the 4th seemingly hinted at them planning something heinous together.

However, it is important to note that there is no evidence of the three artists being involved in the deaths of the other three.
