New allegations claim Sean Combs, a.k.a. Diddy, spiked his victims' drinks with horse tranquilizers before reportedly assaulting them. On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, Houston lawyer Tony Buzbee announced in a press conference he was representing 120 new victims, including minors, adding:
"Several of the individuals (I represent) were drug tested and drugs were found in their system. Weird drugs, drugs that you probably never heard of."
Tony Buzbee explained that a horse tranquilizer known as xylazine frequently came up in their research.

According to the Mayo Clinic, xylazine, sometimes called tranq, is a sedative given to animals during surgery or to relieve pain. However, it is reported to be illegally sold as a recreational drug in the recent times.
Many take it unknowingly when mixed with opioids, heroin, or fentanyl. As per the healthcare company, tranq can slow breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure to dangerously low levels, and an overdose can lead to coma or death.
Tony Buzbee alleged that the youngest of Diddy's victims was a 9-year-old boy
Tony Buzbee claimed that the abuse dates as early as 1991, with some incidents happening into 2024. He detailed an alleged incident involving a 20-year-old victim who was invited to attend one of Diddy's hotel parties.
"She was flattered, went to the party (and) was given one drink and doesn’t remember anything else," the lawyer stated.
When the victim went to the hospital, they reportedly found cocaine and xylazine in her blood.
In the press conference, the Houston-based lawyer alleged that of the 120 victims, 25 were minors, with the youngest being a 9-year-old boy. Diddy reportedly promised both the boy and his parents a record deal and took him to an audition in New York City, where he was s**ually abused.
Buzbee further claimed that there were more minors who were yet to be filed in the lawsuit. The attorney also alleged that along with Diddy, his team plans to "expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors," adding that they wanted to be "damn sure" before naming anyone.
The I'll Be Missing You rapper's troubles began last November when his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura accused him for r*pe and abuse. While Ventura's lawsuit was settled in a day, several others came forward with their lawsuits, prompting a federal investigation. At the time, the Combs denied all allegations.
In May 2024, CNN released security footage from 2016 showing the rapper allegedly kicking and dragging Ventura across a LA hotel lobby. This mirrored claims made in her lawsuit. This prompted the music mogul to release an apology video (since deleted) on Instagram.
In September 2024, federal officers arrested Diddy, charging him with racketeering, s*x trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. According to his unsealed indictment, Diddy ran a "criminal enterprise" that allegedly "abused, threatened, and coerced women and others," to participate in s**ual activities at his "freak off" parties.
Moreover, he reportedly drugged the women to keep them "obedient and compliant" and threatened them with intimidation and violence.
As part of the investigation, authorities raided the rapper's homes in Miami and Los Angeles, where they seized AR-15 guns, large-capacity magazines, and over 1000 bottles of baby oil.
A rep from Diddy's legal team, Erica Wolff, denied the allegations. In a statement made to Page Six, she remarked:
"As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he s**ually abused anyone, including minors."
Wolff called the claims "false and defamatory," adding that they would prove her client's innocence.
Since his arrest, Diddy was denied bail twice. If convicted, he is reportedly looking at fifteen to life imprisonment.
