Liam Payne's autopsy report reveals his cause of death

The Wolverhampton, West Midlands native fell from the third floor of the Casa Sur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires. However, an autopsy test was reportedly conducted to find more details.

According to Fox News, a report by the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor's Office No. 16 revealed that Liam Payne died of polytrauma alongside "internal and external hemorrhages in the skull, thorax, abdomen and limbs."

On the other hand, forensic experts discovered 25 injuries resulting from the fall. However, apart from all these, a toxicology report is yet to be released.
