After getting released from prison on September 7, 2024, Chrisean Rock took the plunge to change the name of her son, which she shares with her former partner, Blueface. Announcing the same on X, she clarified how she has removed “Jr,” from his name, as she Rock stated:
"Chrisean Jesus Porter is his name it isn’t Jr any more just letting yall know thanks.”

For the unversed, Chrisean Rock had named her son, Chrisean Malone Jr. At the time too, when Rock had revealed the name, she received massive criticism because she had split from Blueface. However, at the time, she claimed that the name made sense to her, as she was the only parent of the child.
On the other hand, Chrisean has not justified or explained why she has changed the name now. However, it is also worth noting that Blueface’s real name is Jonathan Jamall Porter. Chrisean Jesus Porter is now a year old, as the baby was born in September, last year.
Chrisean Rock spent 3 months in jail after being arrested in June 2024
Chrisean Rock made her way into the headlines as she revealed the new name of her baby. However, the internet personality was previously in the headlines after she was arrested on June 10, 2024, from the San Fernando Valley courthouse as she had made an appearance there to attend the hearing of her baby’s father, Blueface.
As Rock already had a warrant out for her arrest from a drug case and assault, she was arrested on the spot and was transferred to the Oklahoma prison. As per BET, Chrisean Rock was charged in May 2020, for the possession of marijuana in Maryland. Apart from this, she also had another misdemeanour, possession of a deadly weapon and battery charges against her.
Thereafter, in January 2024, Rock was also charged for allegedly assaulting a backup singer, James Wright at a Tamar Braxton Concert.
On the other hand, Rock’s former partner, and her baby’s father is also serving time in the prison, as he was arrested for allegedly attacking a Los Angeles nightclub. As per Complex, the instance took place in November 2021, and two other men were also taken into the prison along with Blueface.
However, the mother of the child has now been released and even celebrated her coming out of prison on Instagram through a live session.
