Where is Anok Yai from? Age and all about the supermodel spotted with Cardi B's ex, Offset

Model Anok Yai was recently spotted with Cardi B's ex, Offset. X user @rapalert6 posted a video where the celebrities were seen together in a car.

Anok Yai is an Egyptian-American fashion model. She is the first model with South Sudanese ancestry and the second black supermodel to debut a Prada collection after Naomi Campbell.

The 26-year-old has made three appearances on the covers of American Vogue and other international and i-D magazines.

Anok was born on December 20, 1997, in Cairo, Egypt. Her family relocated to Manchester, New Hampshire, when she was three years old.

Her sister Alim is her manager and financial consultant, her father works with Easterseals, and her mother is a nurse.

Anok Yai attended Plymouth State University to study biochemistry in order to pursue a career as a doctor after graduating from Manchester High School West.

Steve Hall, a professional photographer, found Anok during Howard University's homecoming week in October 2017 and offered to photograph her.

After he shared the picture on Instagram, it received over 20k likes, and modeling companies, such as IMG Models, requested to contact her. She then opened a Prada show, being the first black model to do so since Naomi Campbell in 1997.

Due to her work with Prada, she became the first Sudanese model to open a Prada fashion show in just four months.

In 2018, she also joined Next Model Management, and as of right now, her @anokyai Instagram account has over 1.9 million followers.

She has since made appearances in several of the brand's advertisements, quickly emerging as one of the new faces to watch. Since then, Yai has starred in several of the brand's advertisements as well as one for Nike, which was created in partnership with Riccardo Tisci, the former creative director of Givenchy.

Since 2023, the industry has elected her Model of the Year and USA Top Model 2024. Models.com also identified her as one of the New Supers of this generation.

She has also covered issues of Vogue Italia, CR Fashion Book, and W Magazine, and she has been in editorials for British Vogue, Dazed, V Magazine, and AnOther Magazine.

Additionally, not much is known Anok Yai's relationship status. However, it was reported that Anok Yai was dating Alton Mason. They reportedly broke up, and she was recently linked to Cardi B's ex, Offset.

This isn’t the first time Offset has been linked with a woman other than Cardi B

Accusations of infidelity have plagued Cardi B and Offset's relationship, as according to reports, he cheated on Cardi B with other women for seven years.

As per Stylecaster’s September 26 report, a video purportedly showing Offset in a hotel with another lady appeared online in December 2017. A model named Celine Powell claimed to be pregnant with Offset's child a few days after he claimed that his iCloud had been compromised.

In July 2024, Cardi even filed for divorce from the former Migos rapper, citing his infidelity as one of several reasons for their split. However, their representatives have disputed that Offset's infidelity was the main cause of their divorce, despite rumors to the contrary.

Since then, Cardi has posted several Instagram videos on various occasions announcing their breakup and implying that Offset cheated on her. However, as of yet, they haven't made any public statements.

On the other hand, following the recent rumors, Anok Yai also didn’t say anything about the whole thing.
