Post Malone, the American rapper and singer known for his chart-topping tracks, stunned fans at his recent Nashville concert by debuting several unreleased tracks.

On July 16, 2024, during a Nashville concert show at Marathon Music Works, he surprised his fans with two unreleased tracks — Yours and Would You Hide My Gun.

Amidst an atmosphere charged with anticipation and excitement, Malone also took a poignant moment to reflect on his journey in the music industry and recalled being called a one-hit wonder and thanked his fans for supporting him as he made a pivot to country music from hip-hop.

"They called me a one-hit wonder. Thank you to each of you tonight for your love and support, it's been 10 [expletive] years," Malone said to the crowd.

In April 2021, Malone announced the release of a double album of country music, however, the albums never materialised. And in 2024, he made a complete pivot to country music as he released a collaborative work with Morgan Wallen, I Had Some Help.

Earlier this week, during a Nashville concert, Post Malone surprised the concertgoers with two of his unreleased tracks from a forthcoming album, F-1 Trillion. He first gave a treat of Yours to the crowd, and before he began singing, the artist suggested that this song is dedicated to his two-year-old daughter. The song depicts how he feels about his daughter, and in a part of the song, he reflects on the time his daughter will get married, as per Taste of Country.

The second surprise for the crowd that night was a duet unreleased track by Post Malone and Hardy, an American country rock music singer, Would You Hide My Gun. With their melodic vocals, the duo made the night memorable. The duo also performed Joe Diffie's 1993 release Prop Me Up Beside the Jukebox (If I Die).

In the middle of back-to-back performances, Post Malone took a moment to reflect on gratitude and words of encouragement for the fans. In a heartfelt message, the artist noted that some individuals might not realize how much they are loved. Before encouraging his fans to pursue their passions confidently, Malone said that he "loves" them. He shared:

"There may be people who feel not as loved as they are — you are loved more than you [expletive] know. I love you so much, and there are so many people who love you. Do whatever you want to do in this life and world, and trust yourself."

After thanking his fans, Malone sang Congratulations, released on November 4, 2016. Moreover, Hardy was not the only artist who joined forces with Malone on the Nashville concert stage.

The New York artist was joined by Blake Shelton, and together, they hit the stage with their recent release, Pour Me a Drink, which came out on June 21, 2024. As per People, before giving an electrifying performance, Shelton, while making his way to the stage, hugged Malone and cheered at the crowd, suggesting that it is Malone's world.

"It's a Post Malone world we're living in!" Shelton said.

The videos circulating online showed Post Malone and Shelton gracing the stage with Shelton's 2004 hit single, Some Beach, from Blake Shelton's Barn & Grill. The duo could be heard singing verse two of the track, which depicts a scene where a person is trying to take a spot swiftly, and someone in Mercedes thwarted it, giving the deep country music vibes.

"I circled the parking lot trying to find a spot / Just big enough I could park my old truck / A man with a big cigar was getting into his car / I stopped, and I waited for him to back up / But from out of nowhere a Mercedes Benz / Came cruising up and whipped right in," Shelton sang.

The other notable performances of the night include country singer Joe Nichols, who performed his Brokenheartsville, and bluegrass singer Sierra Ferrell, who joined Post Malone for Never Love You Again. The New York artist ended the evening with his recent release, I Had Some Help, which was released on May 10, 2024.
