Today, October 9, news of Drake reportedly featuring on a song titled MODO CAPONE from Mexican artist Chino Pacas was being shared across social media.
Pacas took to Instagram to reveal the official tracklist and cover art for his highly anticipated upcoming debut studio album, Que Sigan Llegando Las Pacas, which is expected to be delivered to all major streaming platforms on October 18, 2024.
The LP will be distributed to DSPs via Street Mob Records and Warner Music Latina Inc. Pacas' debut album will reportedly feature guest appearances from popular Mexican artists like Junior H, Turo Pacas, Gabito Ballesteros, Fuerza Regida, Armenta, and Drake.
Several reports online suggest the OVO CEO and Pacas have been working together for several months with Modo Capone, marking Drizzy's first full-length Spanish collaboration since 2018's MIA (Feat. Bad Bunny). There are also unconfirmed rumors suggesting that Drake intends on signing Chino Pacas to a new label PFL as part of a "one album deal."
Frequent collaborator and close friend Jesús Ortiz Paz (JOP) seemingly alleged that Drizzy intends on incorporating a label, alongside his manager Chubbs, with hopes to sign the Pacas as the first artist on their roster.

Everything we know about Chino Pacas and his upcoming debut studio album 'Que Sigan Llegando Las Pacas'
Chino Pacas, whose real name is Cristian Humberto Avila Vega, is a Mexican artist who went viral on TikTok and landed his first Billboard placement last year with the release of El Gordo Trae El Mando. The record is scheduled to be part of the tracklist for his upcoming debut studio album.
Marking Pacas' first single uploaded to streaming platforms, El Gordo Trae El Mando, was distributed on January 27, 2024. Chino explained how this single led to him being signed by Fuerza Regida's record label, Street Mob Records, later that year.
Chino recounts an instance when Regida's lead vocalist, Jesús Ortiz Paz, got in touch with the then-16-year-old rapper after coming across his videos and music on TikTok.
"When he wanted to sign me, I was super excited, because I never had relationships with artists in music. I was really moved. Thanks to that song, JOP noticed us and decided to sign us." Chino Pacas noted.
Since the release of El Gordo Trae El Mando, Chino has been regularly teasing the release of his debut studio album and has been consistently dropping teasers and lead singles for the project.
The rapper has also earned three Billboard Hot 100 entries for El Gordo Trae El Mando, Dijeron Que No La Iba a Lograr (Feat. Fuerza Regida), and Que Onda (Feat. Calle 24 x Fuerza Regida), which also resulted in Pacas breaking through the Top 10 hits on "Latin Streaming" charts.
"I am very happy with everything that is happening and the reception from the fans that are always supporting us. I really feel like I'm not very famous yet. I'm just making music and people really like it." Chino Pacas stated during his exclusive Billboard interview.
Chino Pacas' debut studio album, Que Sigan Llegando Las Pacas, is set to be released on the rapper's 18th birthday, next Friday October 18. Given that artists like Drake and Fuerza Regida will be featured in this project, massive attention will be paid to the 17-year-old's upcoming LP.
