A grand jury involved in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing s*x trafficking case summoned Courtney Burgess, the CEO of Alter Ego Records to court.

Courtney Burgess, a native of Brick City, New Jersey claimed to have been in the music business for 35 years. He said he ventured out into the industry with the hip-hop group Artifacts.

In an interview with Matthew Coxx for his YouTube show Inside True Crime posted on October 20, Courtney claimed he had videotapes of Combs' parties where the mogul and other celebrities allegedly engaged in s*x acts as well as assault.

On Monday, Courtney said the federal agents raided his home to look for the evidence. Shortly after on October 24, he received a subpoena that asked him to hand over the flash drives, electronic devices, and any other evidence related to Diddy.

Courtney testified at a lower Manhattan federal courthouse on Thursday, October 31. Ariel Mitchell, who is representing some of Diddy’s other alleged victims, was Courtney Burgess’ attorney in court.

During his interview with Matthew Coxx, Courtney claimed two young or underage artists — allegedly Usher and Justin Bieber were also recorded in one of the tapes he obtained. Will Smith's son Jaden was also reportedly mentioned in the same context.

Courtney Burgess reportedly submits Kim Porter's diary as evidence in ongoing case against Diddy

Courtney Burgess had been acquainted with Kim Porter — Diddy’s late girlfriend who reportedly died of pneumonia in 2018.

He told Matthew Coxx the media drives and pictures were shared with him a few months before Kim’s death. Courtney claimed the controversial memoir, Kim’s Last Words, written under the pseudonym Jamal T. Millwood released in September was based on Kim Porter’s alleged original diary that he was in possession of.

In early October, Amazon removed the book, published by Chris Todd after Kim's former husband Al B. Sure! filed a cease-and-desist against Todd and Amazon's founder Jeff Bezos. Kim Porter's children whom she shared with Diddy and AI B. Sure! also objected to the contents of the alleged memoir.

After the potential lawsuit threat, the book was taken down. However, according to Shock Ya! the original version of the memoir Tell It All is still available on Courtney’s website.

Courtney Burgess turned in Kim Porter's supposed diary alongside other hard drives, thumb drives, or any other electronic storage devices linked with Diddy in court on Thursday.

While leaving the federal courthouse, Courtney Burgess told some reporters he was first contacted by Homeland Security regarding the case. One reporter asked him if the flash drives and videotapes contained the required evidence to back his allegations made in the YouTube interview.

Attorney Ariel Mitchell answered for Courtney, conveying they were on their way to another court hearing to discuss the evidence.
