British electronic group Crazy P’s frontwoman Danielle Moore has tragically passed away at the age of 52. While the cause of death remains unknown, the band confirmed the news of Danielle’s passing as they released a statement on Instagram on Sunday, September 1, 2024, and clarified that Danielle passed away on August 30, 2024.
The statement read:
“We are devastated to announce the unbelievable and shocking news that our beautiful Danielle Moore has died in sudden and tragic circumstances. We cannot believe the news ourselves and we know it will be the same for all of you.”
They continued:
“She gave us so much and we love her so much. Our hearts are broken. We need time to process that this has happened. Danielle lived a life driven by love compassion community and music. She lived the biggest of lives. We will miss her with all our hearts X.”
Danielle Moore joined Crazy P in 2002 as a vocalist. The group was originally formed in 1995, by Chris Todd and James Baron. Bassist Tim Davies and Mav Kendricks are also members of the group.
With Danielle, the group released several albums like When We On, Stop Space Return, Age of the Ego, A Nice Hot Edit With… and even Remixed.

Needless to say, Danielle Moore’s passing away has left the world and the Crazy P fans extremely saddened. Social media users are now revisiting Moore’s feed, where she had recently shared a clip of her performance at the Los Village Festival in Bristol, England.
In the video, Danielle can be seen performing wearing her signature red hat, with the crowd cheering for the group.
Throughout her musical career, Danielle released many hit songs with Crazy P, which became fan favourites instantly. After she joined the band, Crazy P released many hit songs, such are Lady T, Sun Science, Lie Lost, Stop Space Return, American Boy, Don’t Nobody, Why, Spirit, and Want You In My Soul.
The band has also collaborated with many other artists, like Kanye West, Michelle Martinez, Snax, Stee Downes, Chantelle, and even Andrea Love.
On the other hand, as per Billboard, Crazy P was scheduled to perform at the Forwards Festival in Bristol on Sunday, September 1, 2024, just a day after Danielle’s passing.
As such, the band called off the show and issued an apology to the masses attending the concert.
Danielle’s family has not addressed the death, and details about her funeral and memorial services are yet to be disclosed.
