A$AP Bari had recently taken to his Instagram story, where he shared details about being broke his whole life. In the stories, he bashed his former associate A$AP Rocky claiming that he never got sufficient acknowledgment after forming A$AP Mob. In one rant uploaded on an Instagram story seemingly shared on August 15, Bari wrote,
"It's so crazy I've been broke my whole life. I started asap mob and never received a check for something I put together and with that being said Rocky had millions and I've never asked him forna damn thing..."
Another story read,
"So what that being said no man should ask me for sh*t cause when I was down sad and broke the only n*ggas that had my back was @chebrabi and @jiggytheo."
The musical supergroup A$AP Mob was founded back in 2006 in Harlem by A$AP Yams, A$AP Illz, and A$AP Bari. Rocky joined the group a year later and began his musical career in a full-fledged way from there. The supergroup received two nominations in the BET Awards in 2014 and 2015 in the category of "Best Group."
Music videos for rapper A$AP Rocky's Peso and Purple Swag were officially dropped by the supergroup back in 2011. Shortly after this, Rocky released his debut mixtape Live.Love.ASAP, which landed him a deal with Sony Music Entertainment.
It was reportedly A$AP Bari who had introduced Rocky to Yams. The current series of stories depicted the comparison Bari made to his financial state to Rocky's massive success. It is, however, unclear if there is a beef between the two and at what intensity.

The supergroup was formed back in 2006. While A$AP Bari would not contribute to it by singing or rapping, his responsibility has been to deal with the creative functions and establish networks for the group.
While the group was formed back in 2006, they released their first collective full-length project in August 2012. A year later, in August 2013, the group announced that their debut album would be released in October. It was, however, delayed. The group's debut album L.O.R.D. was finally dropped in 2014, just a year before co-founder Yams was found dead reportedly because of a drug overdose.
He also made a comparison with the wealth that A$AP Rocky had currently. While it is unknown whether there's a rift going on between the two, it is worth noting the duo had certainly gone against each other in the past. In 2017, in his track Telephone Calls, Rocky rapped,
"Telephone calls from Young Carti said it’s lit/ called the Yung Lord A$AP Bari he a b----”
This was, however, not the first time that the former and current members of the supergroup had found themselves in the middle of controversies. Last year A$AP Relli accused former member Rocky of threatening to kill him and also filed an assault lawsuit.
